Told me to bring my car at. 11am, came back at 5pm, did not do a thing to my car in 6 hours. He told me to bring it back at 2pm the next day, once again waited and received no service. Incompetent.

You know why my 1 star Sparky , I hope you got good money for the missing piece in my car, or whoever was the person who did it …And for you all , is not a good idea to leave your car there during the night!

My husband and I have visited Roosevelt Service Station multiple times between two cars, and we have consistently had nothing but AMAZING experiences. The staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming, delivering top-notch service that is exceptionally efficient. They consistently go above and beyond to flawlessly fix the issue at hand. Sparky is the best of the best! He had us in and out within an hour today. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Roosevelt Service Station to anyone in need of reliable, honest, and exceptional automotive services. They have earned our continued patronage!
