This company is just another LLC to hide their properties. No response regarding tenants living in their properties when they eff up a home owners property. No call backs and they will block your number if you call to complain. Awful landlords and thank god I don’t live in one of their awful properties.

This place is absolutely disgusting and I can't wait to find new property management they don't answer the phone they make promises they can't keep they don't take care of the property which causes the tenant not to pay rent for some reason I keep getting fines on my property for grass and trash when it's Skeleton Key job to manage the property they never have the portal updated it's March and I'm missing 2 months of the bill break down they don't return calls or text messages I wish I can give them 0 stars the only time they get any work done is when you go directly to the office with out an appointment this is a trash company everyone should stay away from them on the voice-mail it says to text the number don't bother no one will reply you gave to call multiple times for someone to answer just to say they will give you a call back and they never call back

I've called and left messages with skeleton key property about my septic tank collapse ceiling leaking whenever you taking a bath or shower water leaks two kitchen ceiling haven't heard nothing from them in months call Roto-Rooter plumbing they bill me I said call the city the city will get in too contact with the landlord to replace the damaged pipe I call and left messages haven't heard from skeleton key yet it's been 5 months no answer no nothing ???

Extremely unprofessional PM. As home owner, did not see any transparency at all. not providing any docs on request. They gave me different Tenant exit dates. end of May 2022 and end of march 2022..this info. was given in August!!! They gave clearance to Tenant without checking house status nor receiving keys.. final Accounts not done after 4 months.. still holding more than 7000$ of my income.. did not oay house taxes despite promises ??

very poor management , the owner does not reply to his clients nor assigns any customer rep. staff .. focus on maintenance more than efficiency of property management.. during the past 6 months the owner/manager simply ignores emails and calls .. not attending to his clients enquiries ...zero feed back and action.. property income management is big question.. according to the owner , he has only small local bank in Rochester .. which has no internet banking nor international funds transfer facilities !!!!!

Jess is good. Put in a work order the week i moved in no one came to fix it and its been 1y 8m still not fixed. Another work order in for leak in sealing 9m ago no one came out. Phone hangs up when u call the office.

Very unprofessional to work with. Takes over a week to get in touch with them. I don't think it's intentional, the owner is trustworthy, but clearly has too much on his plate and doesn't have the infrastructure in place to manage properties effectively. I have had several tenants reach out to me personally asking why repairs have not been completed... in months. I'm not sure what the management fee is for if they aren't managing the properties. I don't need to pay a middleman to forward me checks. It's 2 stars and not 1 star because the owner does do his best, but unfortunately it is not what I would consider a high-value service. *Beware* and feel free to reach out to me with questions or details prior to working with them, it will save you a headache.

These people are very unprofessional. They deserve to be publicly known as slum lords. They take the renters money and never make the repairs on their property. They’re a headache. Dani, Tory and including the owner Keaton!

As a management company they will overpromose and under deliver. The owner is a nice guy, trustworthy, but doesn't always follow through. I dont blame him, it's a small operation. But he has more work than anyone could reasonably accomplish and doesn't communicate that clearly. Your properties will likely suffer.

As an about to be tenant I can say if I could get my security deposit back and put it on something else I would. I love the house I'm getting mind you. In fact I want to buy it but truly cleaning and some touch up paint is all that was needed to be done for us to be able to move in the weekend before no problem it's just a couple days to the 1st then be told on move in day (Mind you NOTHING has been done from the day it was looked at and agreed to rent, they don't work weekends this is a Saturday and the 1st is a Tuesday painting and cleaning needs to be done all in 1 day and they couldn't get it done for a week and a half). So movers, utilities were already switched over, school buses for the kids already set up.I already got a bad taste in my mouth.

Poor communication and house work hasn't been down since moved in. No direct number just only can leave a message and hope they call back.
