The product was good quality as we purchased a full dining room table set. I would recommend this place for his service alone. Will come back very soon.”
“What a fun place! I cannot express fully how expansive it is here though.I've been 3-4 times and I still don't think I have been through the entire place. You could spend literal hours here just exploring. They have clothes, furniture, books, video/audio entertainment, kitchen goods... the list continues! Staff here is very welcoming helpful and available. If you like thrift stores/flea markets-definitely go!”

“Hands down the best goodwill I have ever visited. I enjoy goodwill, I make occasional visits. I quite like shopping at goodwill, but I like shopping at this goodwill the most. The selection is amazing and the service is incredible. This is quite possibly the best goodwill of all the Rochester area goodwills. The weird T-Shirt department is lacking but that is made up for by the abundance of sewing machines. This is THE goodwill to go to if you’re looking for a goodwill to go to.”
“Clean store with a variety of NEW and gently used clothing (infant/children/men/women). Snacks, books, Monthly holiday accessories, shoes jewelry and home goods decor!! Plenty of parking, weekly deals ($1.00 Sundays, Senior discount day every Wednesdays), dress changing booths, nice large decor bags to hold all of your goodies and a friendly staff to serve you. What more can you ask for,? right????????”
“First timer at the Clearance Center. Arrived on a Sunday at 10am. The cashier was very kind & helpful in explaining the process. Spent about 2.5 hrs here. The rotation of bins was great. Mad rush to discover new pieces of clothing with each rotation. If you are patient & willing to dig, you won't be disappointed. I found great labels and everything was in great condition. Staff were all kind and willing to help out. Some buyers were rude, but to be expected in today's society. Worth a visit. Happy Hunting!”

“Update 6/30/22 - changed rating to 4 stars from 1 star. Manager (Dan) coordinated additional pickup for left behind section of bunk beds. Hopefully staff will be trained and canned responses will reflect the supports for bunk beds are included in approved donations.
6/23/22 feedback- I find it very wasteful that u will not take the wooden plank support bottom that comes with the bed frame when a bunkbed is purchased. This isn't a box spring- why won't the team accept this part of the bed? Someone has to build or buy this as an extra purchase even though they may be strapped for cash?
I am disappointed. It would have been helpful to know that you considered the wooden planks that cross the framing a "box spring" when u sent the original note explaining mattresses are not accepted.
You should revisit how bunkbeds are sold because that is part of the furniture purchase. Not a purchase i had to make separate for a "box spring" as your techs tried to explain it.

“This location in Fairport, NY is a drop off location only. Disappointed as I thought it was an actual store. Was still able to drop off clothes quickly in their drive thru though.”
“It’s really a hit or miss going to the goodwill depending on what you’re looking for, but I found some really good American eagle jeans here and a really cute big stuffed animal that my daughter wanted but you should definitely check like every other day because they get stuff in every day just to find what you’re looking for. But overall it was very clean and easy to fine stuff.”

“Cutest little charity thrift store around! Quite small, but very affordable and a nice selection of clothing, accessories, home goods, and books! One of the most reasonable priced places in Roc, and everyday they have a different deal (Saturdays are BOGO everything). Never too busy and the perfect spot to stop in and find a cute little number.”
