“Came in without an appointment desperately needing help replacing my botched license plate swap job. The gentleman at the front was so kind and helped me out without even batting an eye. Amazing customer service and I will absolutely be back!”
“My uncles car was impounded here. The owner was very kind, reasonable, and helpful as my mom and I worked to figure out how to get out. Words can’t express how grateful I am for their help and professionalism.”
“They are amazing and so willing to help! They just helped me with a bird that was stuck behind the front grille of my car and completely solved the problem for me. I am beyond grateful to Christian and Ralph for their kindness and help! I highly recommend them and will definitely continue bringing my Mazda CX-5 to this place in the future. I’ll also be spreading the word to my colleagues at UR!”

“I have used Sutherland for many different things - service, tires, NYSI - just name it. Their staff is extremely professional, and very down to earth. They take time to explain everything. They are reliable. Emmy is their main point of contact - she really goes out of her way to understand the issues, serves as a great point of contact between you and the techs, and herself has significant knowledge. Their service and personnel are second to none!”
“This place is amazing. Both the dispatcher and the tow truck driver were helpful and professional. If you wait on AAA to arrive you’ll die first from hunger and frostbite. Go straight to Action Towing. AAA wanted me to wait two days with my car in a parking lot because they “couldn’t find anyone”. Thankfully, places like this still exist.”
“Had a tire pop on Christmas! Our roadside assistance got me Todd's Towing, and they brought us Anthony, he responded quickly, took care of swapping out the tire with the spare with ease and speed, was cool, kind, and overall did a great job in a rough spot in the middle of Christmas day! Thanks Anthony, you saved my day, and thanks to Todd's Towing for your quick response and dispatch ? Merry Christmas and Have a happy new year”

“I needed a moving truck towed and Todd's answered the call right away, informed me that they didn't have a truck available that was capable of giving me a tow, but then referred me to another tow company that could help.
It's not often that a company cares enough to give someone a referral to someone who can help, let alone a competitor.”

“I had an electric issue with my Toyota Sienna and AAA recommended this repair shop. I took a chance and knowing the repair will be complicated and I need to go out of town in few days - I asked the mechanic to repair the vehicle by end of Thursday night. The mechanic stayed until 9pm that day and repaired my vehicle. It shows incredible dedication to customer service, which I really appreciated.I will recommend this gas station/repair shop to anyone looking for committed, knowledgeable mechanics.Thank you”

“Arango Automotive is hands down the best shop around! Tony is incredibly trustworthy, knowledgeable, and honest — qualities that are hard to find these days. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and you can tell he really cares about his customers and the work he does. The quality of his repairs and attention to detail are outstanding. My car runs better than ever thanks to Tony. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else, highly recommend Arango Automotive!”
