Visited this location yesterday and my experience was great. Store was neat with full shelves and customer service was wonderful. All the staff was very friendly and I met a very nice young lady named Nicole who was a big help to me. She helped me find all the items I was looking for and was very attentive. If I could give this store a higher rating I definitely would. Fantastic location. Thank you again to the great staff!!!!!

Trash pharmacy. They will lie about your prescriptions, make fake reasons of why they are not ready. Even if it’s your child’s medicine. Horrible organization. They’re going bankrupt for a reason. Pick any other place.

This is the best organized and most attractive CVS I can recall being to. Tanya and the rest of the staff are friendly and welcoming. The seasonal items are attractively displayed. You definitely don't feel like an anonymous customer when shopping here.

Horrible service when switching or adding to a script for medical needs approved by Dr. Gruff and dence would describe the pharmacy service I have received since new pharmacist started. Bring back BILL! I will now be using the Amazon pharmacy home delivery which is awesome. I would highly recommend Amazon for your medicine needs. Its free delivery.

ALWAYS an issue when I come to pick up medication-ALWAYS. No customer service. No desire to help. There are people there to pick up medication, and the pharmacist has absolutely no compassion. No phone call to let you know if there is a problem. I will never go there to use the pharmacy ever again! Giving one star because I had to give something. Does not even deserve one star.

Probably pointless to post, but in the hopes that someone pays attention: the store is fine, the cashiers are always lovely, and the pharmacy supporting staff is very nice...in person. I cannot get someone to pick up the telephone. No matter what buttons I push, I get dumped into a "provider" voicemail box. I can only ask questions if I drive over in person. Often I only discover there is a problem with my prescription when I get there. I have the app, but I am the caregiver for 6 people and often have questions / issues that require a conversation. I've asked about this at the pharmacy, and gotten no answer. I asked the front store staff, and again, no answer. I submitted a complaint on the CVS website today. I'm sure all of this is pointless, but I feel like I should at least make the effort to let CVS know how frustrated their customers are; I know I am not the only one. I hate the idea of switching pharmacies, but at a certain point, it may make sense.

The cashiers exceeded my expectations on the service they provided to me. I ordered items and picked them up today and purchased other items as well. They were friendly and helpful. I feel they are both assists to CVS. A very satisfied customer.
