After having difficulty buying from the SHOKZ website, I contacted the Customer Service regarding a bonus gift advertised with purchase but omitted on the invoice. Shokz representative was quick to respond and very understanding leading to a fair resolution.

Great product, great customer service! Headphones stopped charging. Filed a warranty request on Saturday and had new headphones in hand on Thursday!

☆☆☆☆☆ + FIVE STARS Plus ! You have GOT to get a pair. Comfort, excellent battery life, design quality and the technology has to have the competition scratching their heads. I highly recommend the OpenComm. If you're dissapointed you're doing something wrong. Shokz got it right with this headphone.
