Aspen Dental is actually a great place. The office is clean the equipment is clean. But the service in the LaGrange Area. Is for the freakin Birds. Not only did they tell me my teeth were coming out. That Dr. Lady, informed me all of my teeth were gonna come out. I got a second opinion. My teeth are fine. So im not sure what was going on that day. But this Lady Dr. Abigail said I needed bridges and & deep root cleaning at about 1500 dollars. So I understood my oral hygiene. But Not like that. She was very abrupt, and Not friendly at all. So i could not let her continue to insult me and my teet. So i left and NEVER LOOKED ? Back! Good Luck

If I could leave a zero I would. I have been dealing with this issue for almost a year. I have not received my refund yet getting the run around. They are stalling looking for a way to keep my money. Refunded me 28 dollars and i am due way more than that. Dont mess with aspen they are scammers. I hope this gets to corporate office.

Absolutely pathetic. I came in with a broken molar. Now I’m not in pain. The doctor said I had to come back before they can extract it. Really? Don’t you have a doctor who just does extraction so people don’t have to make a return trip?

This entire practice needs to be shut down!!! You can't keep doctors or hygienist in the offices. An not to mention how poor your customer service is. I will be speaking with my mayors office about having your offices removed from our towns.

We had some dental work done at Aspen Dental in Winona, MN, which according to the state of Minnesota is owned by Aspen Dental (not a local dentist as the corporation would like you to believe). The work was improperly done a day the service was horrible. This improperly done work caused additional dental work to be done and although Aspen partially corrected the issue, we are still left with over $1,500 in dental expenses due to poorly performed dentistry. Aspen Dental as a corporation does not stand behind its work and does not follow through with promises. I'd suggest avoiding Aspen Dental at all costs.

This review is for the offices in allentown PA, allentown PA Airport road all ruined by the scammer Chandan Chadha, or whatever is the name. I started service with the incompetent fake degree wannabe dentist in 2017, spent thousands of dollars and my crown fell 9 times in 4 months after it was placed. I was forced to place a partial from the goat farmer wannabe dentist for what I paid thousands but I could not use because another of the crowns that that clown placed in my mouth. He also grinded my lower tooth to fit the crown thus making my canine tooth a 5th lower incisive. I called again because another crown fell and the coward did not call back, I called corporate office and they forced the wannabe dentist to fix an appointment. Today I had to pay 365 dollars for a panoramic and they did not place anything in my mouth so I am forced to go another week without front teeth.

They charged me for services I did not receive. They said they have a special $89.00 New Patient exam; I paid them and they proceeded to charge my insurance company $220.00! They also continue to send me bills for another$113.00! They are terrible!

If I could give this place less than 0 stars, I would. Been fighting for 2 months to get my son a procedure that is fully covered by my insurance. After 3492953974664 calls to them and my insurance company, it turns out they haven't even requested the necessary paperwork from my insurance company. But the good news is, they have billed me and I still don't have an appointment for my son. This place is a joke, and they are criminal.

They're horrible dentists, lack compassion, respect and courtesy. They're all about profit and are driven to complete quotas to make their bonuses. They have expanded too fast, too many. They purposely overbook appointment causing patients to wait and get upset, rightfully so. There's a lot of things wrong with their schedulers.Money talks, bs walks with this company.

This is a corporate-run business with private dentists. What does this mean?Well, when you call as a new patient, you're booked by someone OUTSIDE the actual office, who does not know ANYTHING about the actual office. The rep who booked my appointment told me that the office accepted my Delta HMO insurance, which they don't. (I found out the day before my visit, for which I'd waited three weeks.)Second, the rep told me that I DIDN'T need to change the name of the provider with my insurance company before the visit--that the dental office would do that for me on the day of the visit. However, that is not true. The change must be registered with the insurance company ahead of time.Because of all of these discrepancies in issues, the dental OFFICE in Palm Desert, CA is willing to see my husband and me for an initial appointment and x-rays at no charge, which is generous under these extenuating circumstances. I do hope the corporate office will remedy these issues, so that independent offices do not have to deal with problems that arise from lack of training and organization.

These people are incompetent top to bottom. Including this off. The worst thing is the dentists I delalt with were good the office staff are terrible and the best thing is to run far away from these people.

My experience seemed very gimmicky and I would strongly recommend the national company to reconsider their business practices. I'll note, I don't think the office I visited is to blame - it's the national Aspen Dental business practices. All I needed was a dental cleaning, for which I scheduled an appointment. Not only did this end up becoming a new patient appointment, for which I needed to come back another time while I didn't have my own means of transport, but the time that could've been spent doing a cleaning was spent upselling.I had also just gotten x-rays done at another dentist's office 4 months prior, but for some reason they had to expose me to x-rays this soon after the other appt when I'm sure they could've gotten my records from the previous office. For the upselling, I was offered fluoride (adults that drink tap water do not need fluoride), braces (I had braces for 3 years 15 years ago and my teeth have moved around a bit since then, but I would only give my worst of enemies braces twice in one lifetime) and an oral cancer screening. I was curious about their teeth whitening options, but they are expensive and short-term. Overall, I denied everything but the cleaning. Then an office manager comes in with a bill for the fluoride and oral cancer screening. I confirmed I just needed a cleaning and they told me these are standard, then proceeded to be somewhat upset that I was acting so "cheap."Overall, I don't see this business surviving if it keeps being this gimmicky. People see right through it.
