My experience with Elizabeth and Ralph was excellent. I was able to prepay my account quickly and also switch my wife from Tracfone to AT&T very quickly. I got a great deal on a new phone for my wife and Ralph took care of the phone number and data transfer from her old phone to the new one. I am extremely pleased with how quickly and competently it was all done.
I highly recommend AT&T and the Erie Blvd. store. They are awesome employees.

Edit: I went back to the ATT Store today and Ralph was a huge help. There was zero wait time, Ralph took care of my issue with no trouble at, AND HE LOOKED UP SOME STUFF AND SAVED ME A TON OF MONEY ON MY BILL.
This is the best ATT Store, I've ever visited...and I've had service with them for about twenty-five years.
The service techs do a pretty good job, but the wait time can get really frustrating at times.

Austin and Ralph at this AT&T business are the dynamic duo. Austin has the patience of Job and it took about 3 hours to set up my new smartphone. They are both very pleasant and professional and really knowledgeable. Austin even shared his mobile phone number and email with me for future questions. I was seen immediately. Friendly, good advice about my phone's screen protector and the international plan. Very nice person to help me. It was great to know more details about the international plan. Had a good way of making me feel comfortable with technology!!! All my little issues were solved with no upselling. Supportive service like this seems rare these days!
