I started going to Autopart International a few years ago in a few different Syracuse-Utica locations and at first they were good because they had things that the big box stores didn't have. Lately in 2018 they mumble, "Uh, no, don't have it," "That's not a good part number" and hang up on me. I think it's because I'm a regular guy and not a business. I know my parts better than most, and I want to buy to get it today, so I'm a good customer. If you only want to talk to pro mechanics, just say "Only for the trade" or something nstead of being rude.
