So phone friendly, organized and gave me all my instructions ahead of entering the facility. Storage room was waiting for me, lock inside and nice and clean. Very impressed with this group!

Overall a good experience. The automated gate system works well. The locker itself had to be swept out cause it was covered in dirt. And the bag that had the lock/keys was filthy and I had to clear cobwebs out of it.
