Truck broke in Syracuse. Brought to thisservice. Truck needed new EGR cooler. Driver came there on Thursday morning and on Friday afternoon it was done. Can’t express enough how thankful i am. Plus everything was paid by warranty. Reception lady is very responsive and polite. Thank you guys.

Truck sat for 4 days before they looked at it, and another week before they sent pics to the warranty company, 28 days later I picked it up. Any rear end repairs they'll put you on the back burner, Good Luck!

Great buch of guys. Once they started my repairs it didn't take long. The only drawback is they are short staffed due to Covid. I arrived at 6pm just as the workshop was closing and had to wait overnight. There yard is small with limited parking
