This bank is a joke all my accounts were to be closed a year ago and now I have over draft charges and when I called I didn't have the information they needed or last transaction on my account so they couldn't help me over the phone I have already taken time away from work to try and fix this problem they told me they were working on it and here is another ledder . I am so so sick of this bank !!!!!

Far and away the worst bank in the world to work with. They go out of their way to take your money. The large number of successful lawsuits against them should have clues me in, but I didn't listen. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER!

The tellers are amazing and so so nice and Donna is absolutely amazing and helped me open my first checking's and savings account and made everything so easy for me I definitely recommend this Bank!

Went to deposit my check. Found out they have a great deal going on right now. Earn 4.75% on 6 month CD! Min $1000. Why have money in savings account earning 0%. So glad it was brought to my attention. Been doing business with this bank for 40 years even as they changed from Carrier credit union to present name now. Never steered me wrong!

Literally the worst bank ever. Not assistance for the working people who had issues during Covid. Way better banks in the area or even online to get your services or loans through. Wait times are insane and representatives are rude. Hate hate HATE that I’m stuck with them.

Honestly, one of the lousiest banking experiences I’ve ever had. I wonder if they realize you can see them while you’re waiting to even be acknowledged at the drive up window? Not the first time I’ve had issues here, just a particularly aggravating one. Came to just check the general customer comments and decide if i’m out of line or the service is really that bad. Sadly, mortgage payments get deposited here for the next 20 years ?

They lead you on in the employment process. If they will trick possible employees I wouldn't trust them with my money. Check Glassdoor.

I've been with Berkshire bank since I was 18 and I am now 62 I start up in the Brookshire mountains and they wear a great bank up there and there are great mechanisms searches whoever says that they're not is making things up I don't understand why somebody would rate them a 2 and a 1/2 I rate them a 5 they've been very good to me they do the best they can it's a small bank you can't expect it to be perfect they do the best to accommodate their customers And Kimberly is a very good worker over at the E Syracuse bank and she does whatever she can to help me whenever I need help

My family have been with Berkshire Bank in E. Syracuse for many years. They have always treated us the very best and we never have to wait long in their drive-thru or inside. Now my young grandchildren are happy to deposit some cash occasionally in their new accounts. We are always greeted with smiles, called by our name immediately and we look forward to being waited on & helped by Lauren, Zach, CJ, Courtney, Shawnette & Kim! Thanks for being there for us all!

Credit card machine inside is not working 90% of the time. Down to 1 location for the Syracuse area becoming inconvenient. I used to use the Northern Blvd location really had no complaints ive had a account with them for years just typical checking. My mother also has an account for many years. She is fully disabled and gets her monthly income on a Pay Card from Social Security. After taking over her care and becoming her beneficiary and power of attorney they will not let me do the paperwork needed to switch her to direct deposit and the big pain in the butt is they wont let me give them her Pay card to remove funds and deposit into her account. Instead the make me use there ATM machine to take out $800 twice that machine allows and charge the card $3.75 both times just to hand them over the cash to deposit MAKES ABSOLUTLY NO SENSE! And then go back the next day if possible to do the same thing. Presently looking into other banks

No matter what it is... I always seem to have a nightmare dealing with Berkshire when I have an issue. #frustrating checking accounts get closed without notice, documentation requests must be hard copy and snail-mailed; causing what could be a simple electronic change to take weeks/months sometimes! letters I get in the mail are already 2 weeks old before they even get to me...
