I have been going here for a long time. Occasionally the wait time is long, but the doctors are great. I find them thorough and friendly. I don't mind waiting a little bit if my doctor is a good doctor.

well Just had my yearly physical and beside one portion of the exam it was avery positive experience . The nurse who took my blood did a very good job . I have have had past needle experiences that were painful because it is an art .So thanks for minimum pain and drama .

This place blows. Left this practice a long time ago, the wait time is outrageous. Absolutely ridiculous, who wants to wait 2 hours to see a damn doctor… Unreal

I was prescribed uti meds on and off for 2 years here while being told I didn’t have a uti but take it anyways bc it would help my symptoms and they’re not really sure what the problem is. 2.5 years in after being in EXTREME discomfort and feeling like I was going crazy, I find out I actually have a muscle disorder in my pelvic area that required physical therapy. Really feel like as a female doctors don’t care to actually help you. Just brush it off. I’m really over it. The wait time is always insane, the front desk people are rude. Literally bye

Just stay away. This practice clearly cares about nothing but making money and Dr Malvasi is the most disinterested doctor I've ever had.

I have been coming here for quite some time and I have always loved the doctors and nurses. I can’t say the same about the receptionists. They are incredibly rude both on the phone and in person and treat you like an inconvenience when scheduling an appointment. This is unfortunately the reason I will be leaving the practice and it’s a shame because they have wonderful medical staff.

I love this practice. They have always been super helpful whether me or my children need to be seen for sick visits. The staff works hard and always are kind. You don't have many offices that are open every day and have a multitude of different things they can do there. It's clean and we couldn't be happier with our care.

I really love this place for my family. The care is great, the hours are flexible, and there’s a lot of providers who you can see if your primary isn’t available. It’s often quite busy, which can be a little frustrating, But not enough to make me want to change my kids primary cache doc. Dr Clapper and her team are fantastic!

Dr. Clapper and other providers I’ve seen here are very compassionate and responsive. I really feel valued, cared for, and listened to. I like the extended hours, on-site lab/radiology, and it has been relatively easy to make appointments, but the in-office wait times can be annoying. Overall I’ve been pretty satisfied with this practice!

Bad blood draw experience for a long long time. There was a white male nurse that made me feel dizzy and hard to think whenever I had a blood draw from him. He doesn't draw my blood anymore because I complained to them well enough. No blood draws from there often. Dunno who he was but used to be the nurse for Dr Daniel rancer when he was working at cny family care in the evenings. Always that dude. So it was hard to explain my symptoms through the bad draw in the middle of the appointment. Also, Ruth McDonald makes me feel like I can't think and my head feels oddly pressurized when I have her for an appointment. I dunno what that means but something is off. I rarely get blood draws here. Also they used to not give antibiotics easy because I had gerd cough. They give it more often now after a few years of a bad up and down throat infection. As in no antibiotics or inefficient length. They have long hours of operation which is why I stayed with them so long but I don't recommend them. I had to go a lot of visits without blood draw so I wasn't hurt.

This office has a wait. If you are referred anywhere, it takes more than 2 months for this office to get on with it. I was told to keep coming in like a revolving door (so they could get more money) for an issue that seemed to be chronic. They also will only prefer to refer you to a place within the Britton field area and they make it difficult to get referred to another place that isn't.Dr.Clapper is very nice, but I never felt like I was given the time I needed with her to be listened to. One specific nurse Amy Russell who works under her as a PA blamed many of my issues on my anxiety disorder which was a bit bizarre when you heard the symptoms I complained about. They are trigger happy to give you a generic form of Xanax if you suffer with any sort of anxiety disorder. I felt gaslit many times in this office. I had to beg, plead and, cry for anyone to care about me here.No patient should be treated this way. The receptionists can also be snappy and uncaring. Some are nice, shout-out to you, Lisa. Keep doing what your doing. I left this practice for one that take their time with me and generally cares about me.

I love coming here, receptionists are a little stern but professional and still nice. They do their jobs well and are very helpful! And my main doctor and the 2nd doctor I see are incredible! Can't forget the awesome nurse team! I appreciate you all.

My husband and I see Dr. Aliwalas and have for years - she is WONDERFUL and this review is no reflection on her. The customer service by the front desk and billing staff is atrocious. The wait times when you arrive for your appointment are unacceptable. 10/10 would NOT recommend this practice - they have turned into a turn and burn patient practice and if it weren’t for Dr. Aliwalas, my husband and I would have found a new practice years ago.
