It's been months since I started getting water delivery and must say it's pretty smooth. I get a reminder before the delivery, the driver is very friendly and helpful.

Reasonable prices and the convenience of Culligan’s water delivery can not be beat! Water is delivered in clean, sealed jugs on the scheduled date and are left in a convenient location. Thank you Culligan for including us that live in very rural areas on your delivery routes!

If I could give "0" Stars, I would!!! They are liars!!! You cannot trust the reviews from Listen360! Read below. I've been a customer for over a year now, and the service has been terrible from the very first month. The first issue was receiving broken bottles every single delivery. About 20% of their 5 gallon bottles would be delivered cracked, but it was difficult to tell until after I had already lugged them up and down stairs, and after they had already leaked all over my house. Unfortunately, I more or less had to deal with it out of necessity, because I'm rehabilitating my house and need a water delivery service. Even more unfortunate for me is that Culligan is the only option for my zip code. The worst part about it though is that when you talk to someone at the Company about it, they say they're going to correct your bill, and they never do, I'm not really the type to leave bad reviews like this; however, I don't like being lied to. After responding to an emailed questionnaire, in which I gave a bad rating, I received a call from Rich Osbourne. Mr. Osbourne promised to refund specific charges to my bill, and then he asked me to "provide a new online review with 9 or 10 stars". As he explained, the Company had recently undergone a change in ownership/management, so I agreed. Amazingly, after I completed my part, they literally removed the credit from my bill the next month!!!! Subsequent to receiving the 'erroneous invoice', I called Culligan Water of Greater Syracuse at least three times now (over the past 3 weeks) and asked to speak to (Manager) Rich Osbourne. And, three times now I was promptly told that "Rich Osbourne was not available". Still, during each call, I left a message for Mr. Osbourne to call me back ASAP "about an urgent matter we had spoken about previously". Each time, I told the person taking the message that, "Rich had told me to call back anytime and ask for him directly if there were future issues". At the time of writing this review, I still have not heard back from the Manager. Rich Osbourne. Consequently, during the 2nd call, I explained the entire issue to the representative on the phone, and asked if there was anything she could do to correct the issue. The Rep told me that she, in fact, could correct the invoice herself. After confirming with her that she removed the erroneous charges, which doubled my most recent invoice, I reiterated that I still wanted to speak to Mr. Osbourne. To which, she agreed she would leave him with the message. A week later, I was charged the wrong amount!!! So, not only did these sheisters provide terrible service, but they've wasted numerous more hours of my time with outright lies! And, they're deceiving potential future customers with false reviews, through their deception of current customers. Not to mention, they're legally liable for any and all contracts, whether oral or written. If they breached their contract with me, as described above herein, I wonder how many other claims there are for which they're liable, punitively as well, now.

The appointments were easy to schedule and didn't take a long time to test and recommend which products would best suit our needs. Installation took about two hours but that was due to my home's old plumbing layout more than anything else. Overall we are pretty well impressed with the results.

I have been a customer for over 13 years. I have never had any issues until the franchise of East Syracuse was sold. Steve Kemper is the worst GM ever! I have been trying to reach them for 2 weeks straight with absolutely no response! How do you run a business like that? When I finally got a call back, they totally screwed up the reason for my service call! Now that I need service again, no response! I finally left a message on FB that I apparently needed to contact my attorney as I was paying a monthly service and NOT getting any. Oh wow, that sparked a return call and oh so apologetic! Sorry too late for that and all the meaningless excuses! I told them to come get their equipment as I am NOT paying them another cent!! They never ever answer the phone! I had an emergency on the 25th, called them, yup you guessed it…. No answer and No return call! I’m done with these ignorant and useless people! Hopefully everyone else will realize what a mistake it is to do business with Culligan Water of Syracuse and Steve Kemper!! They need their franchise pulled, as they are giving Culligan a BAD name!!

Hands down the best water company in the area. We use Culligan at both of our businesses. They are always very responsive and have great customer service. They helped us save $300-$400 a month by switching from bottled water to a top of the line filtration water cooler.

Impeccable customer service keeps a life long customer!In October 2021, we had our 1987 water softener re-bed with new beads. There was a mix-up with the type of beads used and our water turned bright green due to a chemical reaction with our copper pipes. I called Sean the Operations Manager to discuss my concerns. He kept in touch with me while the coating to these particular beads dissolved and the water returned to normal for our shower. Our RO system continued to be affected by the beads. The drinking water PH was to low (acidic) and the total dissolved solids (TDS) were too high. Sean sent Greg to look at the issues and he was fantastic. He worked with me to test the water and try to figure what was causing the issue. After a couple of appointments, Greg recommended an entirely new RO system. They installed the new system and our drinking water is better than ever. I have been a Culligan customer for a very long and I will continue to do so for this very reason: EXCELLENT customer service. They didn't try to blame the water inconsistences on something else in our water or on our well. They took my test data seriously and responded in a timely manner.Thank you Sean, Greg and team! I truly appreciate the way this company had done and continues to do business. Angie
