Waited well over an hour for the wrong size vehicle... Appointment was made days in advance. Employees kept saying it was a fullsize sedan when it was clearly a mid-size. Overall shoulda gone to HERTZ. *Incoming AI generated message from Enterprise saying 'they are listening'*

Customer service was great , we had a real nice driving med size SUV . Car had a nasty smell of pot , was offered another car ,but decided to stay with a nice driver for 3 days . Thank you for the great service.

The staff was quick, polite and very helpful. I called this Enterprise instead of Hertz (bad experience before) hoping for a better deal and they are extremely accommodating. Called and emailed mid trip to make sure everything was working out well, and even offered to drive me home with a car after dropoff instead of letting me wait for an Uber in the rain. I may never use another rental service again! Thank you guys!!

Picked me up from body shop, put me in a vehicle that was comparable to what I was driving (but more than what insurance company had authorized), and was able to shuttle me back to body shop (even on a relatively short notice). Met my expectations and more. Friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't say enough good things about my experience. Thank you!

This the best rental car location around. I have gone to competitors and come back. Their vehicle cleanliness and customer service can't be beat. I don't even both looking at other companies now, I got straight to Enterprise and the Bridge street location specifically.

E. Syracuse location. I've dealt with Ethan a few times he's really knowledgeable about cars and makes transactions smooth I definitely recommend talking to him if you need to rent a vehicle.

I booked a luxury car. One day before the scheduled pickup, someone from enterprise left a voicemail to let me know that they would not have that type of car. I was not able to reach anyone to discuss options.On the day of the pickup, I was presented with four lousy options. I chose the Toyota Camry.This vehicle was a 2021 and was in rough shape. When I rent a vehicle, expecting a new luxury car, and I receive a beat up 2021 Camry, I can’t help be be disappointed with the experience.The car’s Apple CarPlay was difficult to figure out and may have been partially non-functional. Logically, when one rents a vehicle it stands to reason that they are driving somewhere unknown. One of the more crucial factors would be the ability to easily operate the navigation system. The malfunctioning and archaic system on this vehicle was a nuisance to deal with.Assuming there really was nothing they could do about it, customer service was satisfactory.

Enterprise on Manlius Center Rd. E. Syracuse.I personally would not go to any other car rental. I’m always treated with kindness and respect. John the office manager and Ethanare easy to work with, responsive and helpful.
