Keith was amazing! He helped relocate my parents from Syracuse to Florida, which was a huge deal for our family, since this was their first move in 40 years! He was so patient and great at communication. Keith was such a help and went above and beyond for us. Couldn't recommend enough!

Jay Valley is above and beyond. We used them for our cross town move. Keith and his team were professional, on time, fun, and energetic! They took very good care of our things and used plenty of caution with walls and doorways. So glad we found them to help us! Would book again.

Keith and his crew have helped my family and i move numerous time! Their prompt arrival and professionalism is beyond what we expected when hiring moving help. Today’s move was as smooth and professional as it gets! I’m so pleased with the work Jay Valley Movers did with my cross-town move in Syracuse this morning. Keith and Dell showed up on time with a smile, a friendly attitude and worked swiftly and mindfully for four hours straight! They both have a wealth of experience and required zero supervision or instruction. There was no damage to my belongings or my home which put me at ease during and after a very big day. I’m very grateful for their help and expertise. Highly recommended!

I was quoted around 4-5 hours for around $850-$1000 with three movers. One of the movers had an injury the day of, and we had to proceed with two movers. It ended up being 8 hours.Keith knocked off one hour from the final payment which was helpful, but we picked them because we *needed* 3 movers. We ended up paying $1500 total - way more than we could afford - and couldn't tip.The two movers who did come were friendly, courteous, careful, and all around amazing - but we would have gone with another company had we known we were only getting 2 movers, and the unexpected cost hurt a lot.

Highly recommend Keith and his team. Keith was super responsive to all of my questions prior to my move. They arrived on time (even a few minutes early) and got right to work loading all of my belongings onto the truck. My house was loaded, moved across town, and unloaded into my new home MUCH quicker than I had anticipated - and there were no casualties in the process! Jay Valley Movers are VERY reasonably priced and efficient. Thank you for being so easy to work with, and for making a stressful day much more manageable.

Wonderful team.. Jay was very responsible and responsive. His team also was very careful with all my stuff and apartment and house walls. Nothing was damaged at all during the process and yet they were highly time efficient. Group of good spirited people.. Definitely recommended!

Just finished a local move and I’ve never seen guys work as hard as the moving team did. They did not stop moving, made sure everything was exactly where I wanted it to be, and had personality and a smile the entire day. Just wow. Thank you!!
