I opened an account online so I didn't have to enter any establishments due to covid I have ms and a low immune system but was being told I had to go into the branch to merge whatever the first girl that answered lied and said I had COVID and couldn't go out then said oh the mgr said he spoke to someone I said I wanted to speak to mgr he said she misspoke he didn't speak to anyone and regardless I had to go into branch I said nothing in everything I read before opening said I had to go into branch which I had already transferred money via my other bank and was told acct was open the manager and whichever lady answered the phone was extremely rude who would want to do business with this branch and if this represents key bank then it's sad
