Terrible. I had blood work done and can see the results online. My doctor never received them. I asked for them as I am patient and had to call a 1800 number. Well story short I said can you re fax to the correct number. They said no the doctor has to call it's HIPPA violation. I am the patient it's my blood how dare you tell me I can't have my results. It's my blood give it back then.

Awful! Do not go! I went in for STAT bloodwork. The lady told me THREE times i would have the results in 2 hours. It’s the next day and i STILL don’t have results. I ended up getting my blood drawn again somewhere because I needed this results STAT for a reason.

Monica was unaccommodating, rude, and overall unpleasant.I had an 11am appointment ... took the wrong exit, ended up 8 minutes late. Tried to call and let them know. No answer. Arrive, explain what happened and apologize. I'm told "we don't do employer drug testing after 11am. Come back between 1 and 3." There is nobody else in the entire office. My appointment was for 11AM. Guess she couldn't be bothered to get up. I asked her to rebook my appointment. She refused and told me to do it online. Okay.Came back at 2 and she was on her phone texting. Didn't address me at all until I checked in on the machine. Rude again. In fact, she was unpleasant the entire time I was there. Again, I was the only person in the office.Don't give this place business. I will never go back. I also lodged a complaint with corporate. Suggest you all do the same when she behaves like this. Sorry for expecting you to do your job!

I haven’t come across one nice worker here. Every time I come here, I try to be as happy as can be but the customer service sucks. Lab Alliance in Fayetteville is much better, just sometimes a longer wait.

This company and location should be shut down. Came here on a Wednesday (5/31/23) at 8:49 AM. Walked into the waiting room (which is about the size of my bedroom closet); approached the window where a MISERABLE looking lady throw a clip board in front of me that has a note on it that says "SIGN IN." What happened to greeting people!?!? At 8:49 AM and your already this miserable?? Hate to see what shes like at the end of her shift. By 9:52 AM, over an hour later, I left. When I left after waiting over an hour, some of the same people that were sitting in the closet space that were there before I came in, where still there waiting. There were people sitting in chairs outside the office, and people standing with me outside there too. At 9:50, one of the guys that came in after me said that he has a 9:15 appt. So I'd assume that since he had an appt., he'd probably go before me anyways. That whole hour I waited, I only seen two people walk out of there. I'd take a guess it likely would have been about 2-3 hours before I was seen. Wasn't about to waste anymore than the hour I already wasted. I would have liked to make an appt., but I couldn't get it to work on my iPhone, nor my desktop. So... they have issues at their end. And the kiosk inside the closet waiting room was out of order too. Good luck making appts. and good luck having this miserable lady poking you for blood. I chose this location because of the rude staff at the Liverpool (Oswego Rd) site. But apparently, rude staff must run company wide. The company wants to make all the money, but probably pay their workers squat, hence the over an hour wait.

it was easy to access the system to schedule an appointment. My insurance company was shown to know I have it documented as a covered provider.When I was at the facility, even without an appointment, I was cared for readily. It was not a busy time which helped the expediency of the service. However, this was not expected and thus still I am happy that they worked as fast at getting my labs drawn quickly.

My issue was that I am not a NYS resident and had a pre-paid lab order from outside NYS. They couldn't do the blood test at all because NYS won't allow that. NY is one of the few states that are this stringent about people simply ordering their own labwork (NY, NJ, RI, and MA residents are trapped - the rest of the nation is free!). Unfortunately Labcorp does not make this clear anywhere on their websites in NYS.When I arrived the woman was saying that the computer was down - that also happened the last time I went to labcorp in my home state. In the past, I've never heard of that happening, and I used the labcorp in my home state a lot.

TLDR; pay them directly instead of your insurance or physician and expect to be turned away; yelled at by customer service after half an hour of asking for help, and have Ashley the site supervisor not care at all and just keep explaining NYS billing laws to you that they apparently had no problem breaking in April :-)After a week of aligning medicines and 12 hours of fasting I showed up to my appointment to be told I had to pay them even though I had already paid my physician. "We can't bill out of state providers" despite having done it in the past. I get things change, but don't wait for me to take time off of work to tell me about it. The site basically was like "I can't do this unless you pay me directly", I then spent over half an hour on hold with customer service who was only willing to do the bare minimum of send an email, the supervisor raised their voice to me, and when I reminded her that I'm a customer that has spent a week aligning things and am currently missing work and have not yet raised my voice to anyone and that I would appreciate her calling the supervisor directly to get a resolution did she decided to actually take some initiative to reach out directly. I called the supervisor directly who confirmed "we don't look at the orders until you're here, which is when we would find something like this out" so, be sure you're going to get your labs done, because if anything's changed, even just their policy, you're going to be asked to pay again. Not a great time to have your blood pressure done.

I was in and out in 5 minutes. They found a vein, took blood on the first try. Sign-in is super easy, there’s a tablet that scans your ID and auto-enters much of your profile for you.

My son had to have some bloodwork done and went in yesterday. The woman was incredibly rude and had zero compassion! He also waited 40 minutes. He will never return to this location. Based on the reviews I'm reading it sounds like someone needs to take a look at this site and make some necessary changes. Sounds like there should be 2 staff people there so one person is not overwhelmed when things don't run smoothly. There are many people out there that suffer from anxiety and panic attacks when having to get blood drawn!

I went in to get drug test for work I had my 2 children with my 7 and 7mo was told I couldn’t be seen because I had my children with me I asked what I’m supposed to do with my children to which she replied leave them home and come back tomorrow they are not allowed in the back and cannot be unattended in the waiting room. Very rude staff will not be going back
