I have had a checking accoun t with this institution for over 1 year. Every month I send the same wire transfer to my Thai wife.This time the Salina St Syracuse Manager was my processor. She demanded a copy of my Thai Marriage Certificate (as though she could read Thai) before she would help me....What a Bi@#$.

The representative I spoke to at the bank was not knowledgeable about anything to do with banking when my account was hacked. Her name is Tara and she is a terrible person who lacks education and common sense. Although she is a good double talker who enjoys changing her story as the facts stack against her...
