I have frequented this location on bridge street for a few years, and my last experience here was actually enough to make me never go back. Forget selling to this place to begin with, but the customer service was awful the last time I was in there. I had walked up to a counter and waited for a few minutes as in the past I was told when it’s busy you walk up to a counter and someone will be there to help you. I stood there and waited, and all of a sudden another customer walks up and an employee went to cash her out as soon as she walked up and not me. It’s also an uncomfortable store to look around for things. People are trying to budge past since everyone has forgotten their manners, and there are too many people at once trying to sell their items. You guys need a bigger location, or limit the number of people in the store at a time or cut down on buy counter times. And not to mention a few months ago they wouldn’t buy back a bassinet from me that I purchased from there!! I used to like coming here and finding good deals, but not anymore.

All the workers are so friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here. Not only that, but they have such amazing deals! Especially if you’re signed up for their rewards!

Very organized very neat great customer service. The only complaint I will have is we need a bigger space because we don’t really have that much shopping area cause it’s so packed especially on the weekends, but I still love coming to the store.

As always, we always find more than what we came in for at once upon a Child everything is usually organized and easy to find - shopping with two little kids is even semi enjoyable! This store has saved my family a lot of money and made us oh so stylish!

As a grandmother I have been going to Once Upon a Child for about 6 years. It’s always clean and organized and many choices.
I only wish the staff were friendlier. Those taking items to sell and those that work the registers need a bit more training on how to smile and be friendly!😉

Always a wonderful experience. They have a great selection of used kids clothes. Always clean and they have themes by season, sports, and divided by age/size . The latest trip we got a winter coat, winter boots, and Halloween dress and T-shirts for my nine-year-old Granddaughter. They even have Halloween costumes if you’ve never shopped there try it.
