Ugh, nothing and I do mean nothing goes right when dealing with Pro-act. It is literally a part time job having to try and get my meds. They are always finding reasons to make life harder. They also sent me a bunch of bad sensors. Obviously they don’t store products properly. Disgusting company.

GARBAGE! they don't cover anything! avoid at ALL cost, or you WILL be wasting your money!

Literally set it up and it’s not clear where to order anything or how to set it up for my family. It looks like we all need individual accounts, including my minor children.
