Will be filing a complaint with the BBB. We booked a room thinking this was a Ramada Inn and it would look remotely like the pics. What we found was a "Quality Inn" sign over the former Ramada sign and what appears to be an active construction zone falsely advertising cleanliness and amenities. Pool is drained. Construction and neglect in common areas and hallways. Probably should have had a hard hat on to be in these spaces. Room is unclean. Soap from previous guests on floor, hair ties, gunk in corners. It should be illegal to use the advertised images to swindle people into booking into a hotel that is gross and definitely unsafe.

This hotel needs a total remodel and fix up. Carpet needs replacing. Walls need painting and repair. Things cracked and broken. Doesn’t look or feel secure or professional. Looks and feels Tun down, dirty and in presentable. Beds comfortable, But hotel is a No, No, No. Front desk friendly though.

My daughter got this hotel only for the pool feature. At check in the man at front desk said they have a pool. He didn't say it was not in service. When we found this out, we complained and she was told she would be reimbursed, we didn't stay. We checked out 20 mins later, asked for a receipt, he said it will be sent to her email. It is now 3 weeks later and nothing. We will follow up on this. I heard him say the same to two other families with kids re: the pool. Do not recommend this hotel.

Hotels in war torn Afghanistan are better!!

There are lots of problems with this place. Very stale smell throughout, many broken windows, a ton of dead bugs everywhere, the pool that was advertised looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, the room I was given was absolutely disgusting so I had to complain to get a different room, which reeked of smoke despite being advertised as smoke-free, the older lady running the front desk was very rude (everyone else I encountered were very nice) I told her the room she gave me was dirty and she told me " Well you get what you pay for." and "It's not my fault you chose to stay here." To which I responded, "The hotel doesn't look like the photos online. Who in the world would pay $300 for the mildew smell and a bathroom with a pee covered floor?" She didn't appreciate my answer, and for the rest of my stay, she wouldn't even acknowledge my presence when I tried to speak to her.

My partner and I arrived for the night (tonight) and the hotel was closed. Actually shut with a sign on the door with a phone # to call. After being transferred and placed on hold for sometime, Wyndham directed me to Agoda where we did the booking. The jury is still out if they will charge us, I’m not sure for what?!?The hotel sent me an email on Sunday confirming my stay. No one was on site to answer any questions and I didn’t receive an email or call about this at all! We sat out front for an hour or more. Why is this hotel closed?Do not book this hotel!!!!!!

I am not sure how this is a 3 star hotel, because I have stayed at 2 star hotels better than this one. The main desk receptionist was very friendly and doing his best to serve us well and the complimentary breakfast was just ok, but that's about where it ends. This hotel was severely understaffed (it was just him when we checked in). We could not find the elevator without difficulty as the signs were misleading so we had to take the stairs initially. Our room had no comforters and the room was cold (it was late November during our stay). When we asked for comforters the receptionist said they had none, but was apologetic. The heater didn't heat the room, it only made noises. There was a huge stain on the ceiling from roof leaks. The beds and bathroom seemed relatively clean and were functional, but since there was no comforter, we slept with the sheets only and were cold the whole night. We did not have a very comfortable 6 hour sleep.I would recommend booking a different hotel for your stay if you can, as this hotel needs to make serious improvements. I agree with another reviewer that this hotel looked like it used to be a nice place, but was not maintained well and fell into disrepair. Wyndham, please listen to the other reviews and clean up the hotel and do the necessary repairs/upgrades!

DO NOT STAY HERE. This was the worst hotel stay ever. There was trash on the floor of the room, hair in the shower, a plastic bag over the smoke detector, hair in the toilet, fluids in the bathroom, and soiled sheets! The whole hotel stunk of weed and the fire alarm went off across the hotel. We asked for another room when we discovered the soiled sheets, but the next room was just as dirty (we only stayed because the sheets appeared clean). The hotel is falling apart. There’s wet drywall around the hallways and buckets all around the hotel filling up with yellow liquid. We had to walk under a tarp that was also catching dripping liquid from the ceiling. I called Wyndham to get my money back but they said because we still “completed our stay” they could only offer us rewards points for our next Wyndham stay. There will be no “next stay”. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

I came to this hotel all the way from NYC (5 hour drive) looking for a place to rest because of a blizzard that was preventing me and my husband to get onto our home on base. We were familiar with the hotel because we had stayed here last Thanksgiving. Upon entering the building we were greeted by the hotel manager and his associate who were behind schedule and rushing to get people to rooms. Upon checking in my husband was asked for his ID and upon seeing that he was only 20 and not 21 we were denied entry into the hotel. Confused as to how we were denied seeing as we called ahead of time the previous day to ensure we would be able to get a room, we were told to go to a random hotel around the corner instead. We were cold and tired from our trip and my husband was turning 21 in a month as well as us having stayed there before we did not appreciate the fact that the manager was smiling and belittling us when we were in desperate need of somewhere to stay before the blizzard worsened. 0/10 Hospitality and overall attitude. Was expecting better from a hotel I've stayed at before.

Where can I possibly start? The staff that was working at check-in was rude. The elevator was not working. The lounge and restaurant were closed - as in neither have been open for some time. No coffee in the room, or cups, ice bucket or TV remote. The carpeting in the stairwell was lifted, causing a tripping hazard. The tub was dirty. No fans in the bathroom either. The furniture should have been replaced a couple of decades ago. The complimentary breakfast was a few cereal and oatmeal choices, fruit cups and granola bars; there was a yogurt machine, but it was empty. The outside of the property was not maintained and if I hadn't prepaid, we wouldn't have stayed. This property is nothing like it states on their website. Traveler beware!!

Room was big enough, heating was good and and everything was functional. It was also quiet. As written here, this was used to be a nice hotel. Everything is outdated. Got a room near the second entrance and there were a big tarp catching dripping water from the ceiling in the hallway. If the machine was working, it should have been put out of service because it was so old and dirty. Bed was confortable... but with one sheet only. Bed cover was in the closet like someone would have thrown and not folded.Someone also 'accidentally' have pulled the fore alarm in the middle of the night. We had to wait outside and no one came to let us know the situation was ultimately in control. I had to get to the front desk after seeing the fire dept. leaving the site to see if we were able to reintegrate our room because no one came to see us outside after all this.Couch had stains on it, bathroom had mold and bottom of bath had grime on the bottom. Behind all pieces of furniture had big dust bunnies behind them.

Honestly I was expecting a little better. It is outdated and seems to have multiple maintenance issues from heater leaks, window leaks, water leaks in ceiling and elevator not working. Also the room keys do not unlock the pool area, which just seems weird to me. Seems like an IT person should be able to figure that out. However, the sheets were comfortable and clean. Shower/bathrooms were outdated and old looking but water was really nice and hot and had really decent pressure. I wish the beds had blankets. I must say I was very pleased the front desk clerk grabbed my phone charger for me that I had forgotten in the room. I really hope Ramada decides to invest some money in the place. It would do great then!!
