Whoever was working feb 7th 2022 around 5-6pm is absolutely trash at making subs, ordered off of Uber eats, requested extra cheese and for the sub to be toasted. There was NO cheese at all on BOTH subs I ordered and they weren’t toasted and were soggy! Learn how to read orders correctly or don’t work at a place you clearly can’t handle! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!

This is absolutely the worst sub place in Syracuse. Walk away, do not enter this tore. The service is absolutely below 0. The sandwich is not bad, reasonably priced, but the people they have working have to be the worst employees in a restaurant I have ever encountered. They are rude, not friendly, non courteous and simply ignorant. Trust me, a number of my friends stopped going there as well because the service is so bad. If you want a sub, there is a place right across the street where the service is much better.
