When my regular groomer went out of business it was pretty hard to find a new spot until I found perfect paw. They were able to get my dog in quickly and they do great work

Kaylee gave my Coco the best haircut she's ever had! I was so happy with the job she did on my baby! Coco's 4 years old and has never looked so good. She's so perfect she doesn't even look real she looks like a little toy ?

I have only been in Syracuse for about a year now but this place has been a great relief. Before Syracuse my pup has had horrible grooming experiences where past groomers have clipped him which in turn resulted in him being anxious and reactive towards those groomers. It was so bad I couldn’t even get him through a groomers front door. I have an American Cocker Spaniel who we occasionally let go long so when it comes to haircuts I get very anxious. The groomers have been amazing about being patient with him and at every pick up all I hear is about how well he did throughout the entire session which puts me at ease! They also listen about the type of cut, length, &c which is amazing bc I love keeping some fur and length on some parts and not others. Pics of my chino pre and post groom!

Went for nail cutting for both our dogs, one of which is rather nervous. They were great! Very gentle and reassuring with our old girl.

We brought our dogs today for their very first grooming appointment. All my questions were answered, prices were reasonably, and my fur babies look amazing! We paid extra for the deshedding and I can definitely see the difference! Would highly recommend, will be back soon!

First visit. The staff is very nice. Kayla is awesome. She took the time to talk with me and answer my many questions! We had a miscommunication on some specifics of how I wanted the trim done (it's a learning process for me) but overall she did a great job. The only downfall is their prices are a little higher than I expected.
