“Two of my tires have been losing air. I brought my vehicle in and Dunn tire checked all four tires, un mounting and checking surface of rim and remounting. One of the tires did have a small nail in it which they repaired. They worked on my car for about an hour and a quarter. There was no charge for this service. They are unbelievably great company. I highly recommend them.”
“Showed up 10 minutes before closing with oversized tires I couldn’t figure out how to get off the bead. (Ended up being reverse mount). Was expecting them to blow me off but took my tires right in and got them dismounted and mounted for me.

“I love Big 4! Wish I knew about it sooner. They are a full-service garage rather than another tires-only chain. Lots of repair bays. Service writers are lovely gentlemen. Technicians surface issues that you might have been unaware of, but there is never any pressure to complete additional work right away. (They do make suggestions on timing of repairs based on vehicle safety.) Recommendations are saved so you can call for an appointment later and they'll have all the info at their fingertips. They explain stuff thoroughly. I'm no automotive expert, but I get a good honest vibe. Waiting room is comfy. I got some work done there with their WiFi.”

“I had all four tires replaced here about two months ago. Everything went smoothly and was completed on time. The staff was friendly and professional throughout the process.
I didn't realize they also offered wheel alignment. The technician was kind enough to check it for me and let me know that my alignment was already good, so there was no need for any adjustment. I really appreciated their honesty and that they didn't try to sell me a service I didn't need.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back for future tire service.”

“8/24 Robert came out to service me with a tire change on my rear inside drive tire. He apologized for a delay even though he came before the expected ETA. I’ve never seen anyone change my tire that fast, great service. He made sure to spot me as I connected back to my trailer. Thanks again for getting me rolling”
