This location charged me for insurance that I declined. Would not give a paper receipt, noticed on return emailed receipt. I already have business insurance that covers rental trucks, waste of $15 that this location ripped me off for. I would recommend using another location since they like to add things without knowledge.

I rented a U-Haul cargo van from Drive-In Self Storage, East Syracuse, NY. The manager, Grant, is the model of efficiency and fine customer service. He was informed, amiable and very helpful. The vehicle was in fine shape and drove comfortably. It met my needs fully. U-Haul customer service rectified a billing error promptly and efficiently. Finally, as a self-storage operator myself, I found Drive-In Self Storage's premises pristine, well secured and lit, and equipped with the latest software and security apparatus. I unreservedly recommend this U-Haul franchise.

Friendly staff and easy to use truck. The system of returning post hours was not user friendly at all. You scan the spot where you drop keys with your phone. So you'd assume to drop in the keys too. But after that they want pics of inside the car. Terrible return post hours order. The scan should come last.

I rented a truck here twice when I moved. Each time, the process of picking up and dropping off went smoothly. The manager there was really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them!

Had a big truck reserved went to pick it up they forgot to put it in the computer. Plus I've had an experience when I return the truck I hardly used any fuel and they charge me for a full tank of fuel. Plus the storage he charge me an extra month on the day I was moving out. This owner is nothing but corruption all about taking peoples money as much as he can get from you I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone of my friends.

So incredibly friendly. Amazing! Renting a unit here was the easiest, most convenient process. Great space for the price. Honestly couldn't be happier. Locally owned and operated; compared to one other place we looked at that was not and was operated by very rude individuals. Need storage? Go here !

This is the worst place to rent a trailer you could possibly find. Truck reserved ahead of time and the moron at the register could not process 8 credit cards and each had more than needed for the rental. Someone here really needs to get their GED. Awful,,,do not do business with them EVER.Unfortunately cannot have 0 stars.
