I went to the Ups non-customer hub by mistake today on Northern Blvd to ship out something. Didnt catch his name but the guy at the front counter was probably the most courteous and helpful person I have come across in a long time.

This delivery hub really grinds my gears. Multiple times a yr we get a new driver who refuses to come down our road. Now I would like to prefice this with it is a private road with a about 7 houses on it. It's gotten to a point where they don't even reattmpt the next day they are taking it to a pick up point.I have called this branch multiple times and given them multiple directions for our house ect to try and be helpful. And I get if the weather's bad. But now two days in a row they are supposably attempting but no one's home? A. That was never an issue before when packages were left at the front door like I asked, and B. I have cameras and was home all day. So I'm ivk of the excuses. And not to mention getting through to talk to a human being is like pulling teeth.I'm trying to be understanding but I know for a fact that this is wrong. I will now have to drive out of my way to pick up a package that is now late.... Of course I could have it picked up and redelivered to my house BUT THEN I HAVE TO PAY THEM.Nice.

6 shipments were sent to the wrong address 3 hours drive away (“readdressed” by some part of the delivery chain) or returned to the sender. The same number of phone calls to UPS reps did not change the results.

Cant deliver right at all. Two packages supposed to be delivered. No one showed but stated that i was un available NO ONE SHOWED, called and comfirmed address was accurate which it was….. next day waited all day again to just have the items delivered to some random guy( two totally different names) that gladly accepted a new electronic item and refused the second one. To me that would raise a red flag, but i guess thats just me…. Now they cant help and need to figure things out with place of purchase. Only delivery service I’ve had issues with!!!

Packages have been being delivered to the wrong address for weeks and I can’t speak to a human about this. The 1-800 number just tells to expect my package it my address, then doesn’t show up at my building. This puts my packages at risk of being stolen every time. I’ve also had to bring other people’s packages to other buildings. It’s impossible to get anything resolved.

Not a good place to work… Job does have long term potential BUT… Basically day one your told you start at $19 an hour with $100 attendance bonus BUT after you get in the union that gets reduced and they cant even tell you how much they just say “I dont know” you don’t know how much were getting paid? Okay… job is to unload boxes off a truck onto a conveyor as fast as you can basically your just picking up 1-150 pound boxes off the floor and loading them onto a conveyor nonstop the whole time your there with someone basically coming up to you all the time saying move faster or your gonna get fired move faster or your gonna get fired move faster or your gonna get fired and they aren’t kidding either because odds are you are gonna get fired job description literally lies and says you have to lift boxes up to 70 pounds but you are EXPECTED to lift boxes in excess of 150 pounds all day every day… and all that is fine I could deal with all that ALL OF IT! But The biggest issue here is all they care about is your packages per hour rate… and here’s the thing! Half the trucks have conveyor belts that go all the way back and half of the trucks dont so if they don’t like you because you were out sick with covid for 10 days or something guess what? Your gonna “COINCIDENTALLY” ALWAYS! be thrown on the trucks with outdated conveyor belts that don’t go all the way back and your gonna have to use outdated equipment “Rollers” that SLOW YOU WAYYYYYY WAYYYYY DOWN! And then they will say your fired because you weren’t moving fast enough… when its 100% impossible to meet the rate they want when your using outdated equipment that slows you wayy down and there’s other people who aren’t they don’t care tabout you all they care about is MONEY AND Speed! But they only wanna pay you $19 an hour? Not worth it trust me theres better jobs out there then thisUpdate: 2023… I’m not gonna lieeee I will give credit where credit is DUE! This place sucks there are some amazing managers and some VERY BAD ONES!… the work is god awful but if u stick 2 it FULL TIME FOR 4 years… THE BENEFITS ARE INSANEEEEE!

An army of idiots in brown socks. I am at a point now where if a company uses UPS as a carrier I just can't do business with them. Doing any business with UPS is a liability. Saying they are unreliable would be polite, they're a scam. Packages never show up and more often then not trucks\drivers don't even make an attempt to deliver. Their customer service is non-existent; nothing but chat queues, and bots, and automated voice systems. Just an abhorrently terrible company with equally terrible leadership and employees. One of the worst American companies period. At this point UPS is a welfare program.

Only tried delivering once. Kept on getting run around of where package was. Was told it was at main terminal after being told it was sent back to original sender. Very disappointing.....
