the worst customer service.I purchased 4 tires for my vehicle and at time of purchase they said we will receive the tires in about three business days and we will call you as soon as we receive them to schedule appointment for installation, which can be scheduled for the day after we call you. they asked me to make the payment and I did. today is the ninth day since I made the payment and nobody from Walmart auto care called me yet and I have tried several times to call them . some times they don't even answer the phone and some times they pick up the phone and quickly say " auto care , hold on " and then they never come back to the phone and make you wait for as long as you get tired and hang up. this is my last time making purchase from these useless people who never fulfill their responsibilities. i will pay double price for auto care in other places if I have to but I will never ever buy anything from this place again even if they offer half price.

waited an hour and a half just to be told they aren't taking walk ups. also their app doesn't let you schedule appointments. and they don't answer their phones. what am i supposed to do?

Maybe the worst run place I've ever been. Two hours to change my tires even with an appointment. Staff were frantic, running around trying to get things done but having no idea how to do any of it. Management needs to sort something out for sure, very disappointing.

Just had a oil change signed in at 1023 check out at 1247 only had 2 others oil changes in front of mine. The technician assigned to the oil change side would check one item then walk over to talk for 10 or 15 minutes the do the next check and go back to talk some more. This went on for the entire oil change. He went over again to talk with another technician as I stood outside the door for 15 minutes until I asked another technician what was left to do he checked with technician only then did he come back and finished on computer and closed hood. When reviewing the work order I found that 3 items were not done stating that the customer declined the service. I declined nothing which means the technician couldn't be bothered to do the full 44.88 service that I paid for he declined the lube (possible sealed) wash windshield and vacuum. I personally have been a mechanic a shop manager and have never seen this level incompetence or pure theft of company payroll and stealing from the customer by not doing what was bring paid for.

I called to see if they could fit me in to get my tire fixed they said they had time, so I went right down. It was noon when I got there they told me they were not taking any more cars. I asked how many they had for the day, and they guy told me there were only two of them working, so they were told not to take any cars by the store manager. Mind you, I had called to make sure I could get in and was told yes. Now, with that being said, this was a waist of an hour of my time that I will not get back. Just go to a real auto place and save yourself the hassle.

This auto care center is very horrible. I bought a set of snow tires last year. When I went back to put my regular tires, they said my tires were completely worn out, so I bought a new set of seasonal tires. They installed them and put my Walmart brand snow tires in plastic bags. Then, this year, I went to change the tires back to the snow tires. One of the tires was found demanged on the side. Walmart is saying it it not their fault. OMG, what they are saying is that the tire in the original plastic bag miraculously got damaged while it was sitting in my garage. Also, no video is available to verify it since it happened last July. This is absurd!

Walmart has no Customer Service, basically because NO One answers the phone, in any departments. The place has become a real DUMP!
