Nancy set up a special date so that I could come in and visit the shop. She had a centerpiece made for me and when I changed my mind on what I wanted she immediately delivered what I wanted!
A few of the flowers I wanted were difficult to get in the month of January but she delivered!

“I called in to ask about an arrangement of tulips for same-day delivery. Guerrero’s flower shop let me know what colour of tulips they had available and instructed me to make a note in my order of what I’d prefer. I choose pink and white tulips for the arrangement a mentioned that my aunt was returning home today home after days in the hospital, so if they wanted to customise the arrangement however they liked to make my aunt’s day, they were more than welcome to ☺️ The store went above and beyond and incorporated other flowers (roses, lilies, beautiful greenery) and had the flowers delivered right before my aunt got home. It was a lovely surprise for her & the arrangement was more than I hoped it would be. Very friendly customer service and beautiful bouquet!

“We had a top notch experience at Mr. Bokay! Having flown in from Minnesota for our daughter‘s wedding in Rye, we had supplies to make a moss escort card display. We decided we needed some hydrangeas to make a display pop. We ordered the hydrangeas from Mr. Bokay. When we went to pick them up Peter asked us what we were going to do with them. He then insisted he would make the display for us and that we were to bring in the rest of the supplies. :) Welcome to New York!

I was planning on getting the balloons filled and bringing them myself to the restaurant when Linda offered delivery of the balloons to the restaurant which made my life 10x easier! They were able to deliver on a Sunday (the day of the dinner). Very professional and accommodating. Will definitely be using them again!”
