The Goodwill NYNJ Attended Donation Center is a drop-off location only, open seven days a week. It offers easy access with free parking in a small lot or on the street for an easy in-and-out experience. Attendants are described as warm, welcoming, helpful, pleasant, and polite, providing excellent customer service. The center gratefully accepts donations, ensuring items go to a worthy cause to help others. It is noted that past customer service issues appear to have been addressed.

Went today and Patricia was warm and welcoming and grateful for the donations. I truly enjoyed my conversation with her today. Will continue to use this location because of Patricia!

Open for drop off 7 days/week. Helpful and pleasant attendants. This is a drop off location only. Free parking. Obviously they’ve addressed the customer service issues noted in reviews from 3 years ago (Covid?)
