This is incredibly unexpectable. I feel agravted. I woke early and ready to go to Goodwill, to shop for a gift. I look online and it says you're open so I make my journey towards Goodwill, just to find out that it was closed and I even waited an extra hour after it was supposed to open and nothing at ALL. Myself and including other several individuals were waiting outside, but nobody was inside to open the shop. You clearly have several complaints in tour reviews about not being opened when your supposed to. Fix your schedule and dont say your open online when your really closed in person. Such a waste of a trip, I want my time back. Unexpectable Behavior. What a disgrace.

Have made multiple trips over to the shop to donate during normal business hours (a weekday and a weekend) only to find the store closed. Makes it very hard to not just toss the stuff in the garbage rather than donate it for the good you provide.

For a place that accepts donated items for the purposes of selling them to make money, they should welcome donations with a friendly smile. Instead I received someone forcing me to listen to why they are changing their policies and then going through the bag to make sure that something they don’t take is being donated. None of these instructions are on the website. Had I known this in advance I would not have put the one thing in there (a dish drainer) that’s not accepted. I would’ve done anything to avoid this woman getting in my face. Not everyone wants to stand there and listen to drama. The lady at the door disrespected me and made the drop off horrible. She was rude to me and even after I asked her to stop bothering me she insisted on continuing to talk and she even followed me to my car. In all my years of shopping at and donating to GOODWILL at this and other locations across NY and NJ this was my worst experience and I will never go back. There are many other organizations who respectfully decline certain items without treating the donator like garbage.

The fact that a donation center has bad reviews is a mystery to me. 5 Star service. Excellent customer service. If there is no parking in the small lot, you can park on the street. Easy in and out.

Google maps says they were closed. My wife and I decided to drive there anyway. Glad we did. We donated our items without any problems the attendees were very polite. Nice experience for us. Thank you goodwill for doing what you do specially at Christmas time. God bless ?

I had a terrible experience at this Goodwill location today and will not return even though I have long donated there. The donation center is supposed to open at 10:00 a.m. I drove a half-hour from my home to arrive at 11:00 only to find a handwritten sign on the door stating that they would not open until 12:00. I noticed that someone had left a box of goods in front of the store, so I proceeded to add my three boxes of donations. A woman came out and berated me even after I explained that I didn't live nearby and had to get to work. She also told me that my carefully assembled donations would go into the garbage. How sad that in trying to do a good deed, I was rudely rebuffed. :(

I came here to drop off a couple of things with my grandma. We were unsure of whether to drop by or not because the voicemail that provides the business's hours of operation aren't consistent with when they are actually open. I think that this is a flaw in the system, especially for my grandma who has a hard time moving all of the things that she needs back and forth without assistance. Fortunately, they were open, and we were able to drop off all of the things we needed to successfully. Overall it was quick and easy, which I appreciated, but I think the hours need to be straightened out.

Tiny location. Tiny parking lot. Brought brand new items for donation but they would not accept them - only clothes. Wanted to do a good deed but I guess I will bring these somewhere else.
