These guys didn’t book my appointment the first time I asked them to come home to measure. The second visit again they messed up. Clearly the guy who sits in the reception.. talks a big talk.. Cannot deliver or reach on time. Bad experience.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Don't bother wasting your hard-earned money with them- they are liars. I tried two times with this company. The last time, we had an appointment and they blew me off. Don't trust them. They are in CT so the 5-star reviews they got are probably from friends. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

I am so happy I went with Mr. Showerdoor!! They were professional, accommodating and when I told them the price was more then I wanted to pay, they worked with my budget. I visited three other showerdoor businesses before deciding on Mr. Showerdoor, and the prices were significantly higher. One place on Central Avenue wanted to charge me $90 for each piece of hardware that was used on the door!! I visited the Mr. Showerdoor in Eastchester several times before making my decision and Anthony was always so friendly, helpful and accommodating. He answered all my repetitive questions with a smile. I'm so glad I made the right decision!!

If you are in the market for a custom glass enclosure in your bathroom renovation or design this is the place to go. I went in a weekday and received detailed help on pricing , scheduling, and the pros and cons of different types of glass and framing.

From start to finish great experience. Anthony in showroom was very professional and personable. Great showroom selection! The gentleman that came to measure showed up on time and had some great suggestions. The installers showed up within the time frame specified and were very professional. They did an excellent installation! Also replaced the sweep and L-jam on another shower door. Couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Mr. Shower Door of Eastchester.
