This studio is great! Heidy is highly knowledgeable and deeply passionate about Pilates and the body. (also yoga certified). She has helped me push past physical boundaries that I thought we’re impossible. My posture, muscle tone and energy have seen a noticeable difference since I started almost 2 mos ago.
