The first two were after my daughter somehow managed to crash my car into my wife’s car in our own driveway (ouch), and the third was after my delivery van was involved in an accident that was eventually declared a total loss by the insurance company.

The repairs they did on our cars were outstanding, but what really impressed me was how they handled the van. They didn’t end up doing any repair work on it, yet they spent a great deal of time helping me navigate the insurance and claims process. They went above and beyond when they had very little to gain from it.

Throughout the whole ordeal, it often felt like everyone else I dealt with—insurance, dealerships, and others—was looking out for their own interests. Raynor’s Garage was the complete opposite. They were honest, straightforward, patient, and genuinely wanted to help me make the right decisions.
