We bought one of their trumpets online. What a joke. The trumpet does not actually do anything. When you blow into it, nothing happens. When you “hum” into it, a humming noise comes out at the end of the tube at the same volume. The three keys don’t actually do anything, and the middle one sticks in the down position and has to be manually lifted back up. Not that you have any reason to lift it back up, since they don’t actually do anything. When we tried to return it, we were told they have a "no return policy."What a joke. What a waste of 25 of my hard-earned dollars.

If you're in the area or even if you're not, this place is worth the trip. The museum and factory are small and free. Then you have the option to make your own kazoo for quite cheap or buy one. The museum items are really interesting and appealing for all ages. I've recommended this place to folks with families and they kids really get into it, especially in making their own kazoo. It does seem unassuming and there's an unrelated, I think, gift shop in the front of the building. But I think they're fairly used to people passing right through to get to the kazoos. If you're lucky, they'll turn on the machines for ya. That's exciting and so weird.

What an interesting place to visit! If you are ever in the Buffalo area you need to check this out. While it has a nice gift and boutique shop out front with nice items at a good value, my brother and I came to see the original place where kazoos as we know them today were born (and continue to be made) - it is a unique working museum. My brother is a retired musician and I am a retired businessman who has played guitar for over 60 years and we were excited to find this place on our way to do some family business. First opened as a metal workshop in 1907, it began making the metal kazoos that we know today in 1916. While the employees were not there on Saturday, you can visit select days to see them stamping and assembling in action. Miss Lois who was running the boutique was so kind to show us around and give us a tour of the shop and the history. The kazoos are made on the original equipment and they have the standard ones everyone knows for sale plus some special unique collectible types that are both functional and fun. I got two for my grandchildren and already have one back home. I love music and love machines - great place to spend 30-45 minutes!

The only factory in the United States that makes the original metal kazoos. In fact, if you visit, you can make your own kazoo! In addition, they have a lot of other gifts and interesting objects. We had a great time here.

It's a Kazoo factory and store- what more do you want? What a cool and unique place. We came because of the charm, and even though the tour wasn't happening when we were there, the store owner gave us a bit of a personal one going over the machines, the process, the small museum, and the map of where people come from.Bought some kazoos, because why wouldn't we? and left very happy. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

A still operating factory from years gone by. Using original machinery, hand making each kazoo. Employing special needs adults...a true asset to the factory the local area and the state as a wstop. Our Granddaughter enjoyed making her very own kazoo. I would recommend this tour to all. We'll worth the stip.

Just the best. Can you imagine 40 kids crazed done Skittles and kit Kats blowing into 40 kazoos? Well I can.Remarkable slice of America's past living and breathing, and an idealic setting. Eden could be a factory and boutique could be on everyone's travel itinerary.
