Still and after 8 mos plus—nothing on shelves. Of course they are getting-a truck coming in next week as always. And if you do attempt to purchase anything there—plan on having exact change as they never have anything in the drawer and will only take cards. This place should have been shut down long ago. Don’t waste your time by going here! Adding to this in mid March. This place needs to be closed! And am hoping my Eden tax dollars are not helping this business to stay in our community.

As of 1/1/25 their shelves are essentially empty, been like this for months. There is absolutely no point in stopping here. When I couldn't find something I was met with an attitude.
There is absolutely nothing stocked, and when I was trying to fill prescriptions here thir advertised hours mean nothing.

They're unbelievably slow to process prescriptions, it has been almost 3 days since the prescription had been sent out (that part's on me, I waited a couple days to pick up my script.) But this is the 2nd of the last 3 times the pharmacy has given us such a headache about my insurance (the only pharmacy that does this, every other pharmacy takes my insurance and has it on file no problem.)
The only reason I'd go to this pharmacy was for the location convenience, but it's such a headache and a process every time here that I'm just going with another pharmacy from here on. Yes, the staff is friendly, but not so great at their job, SMH.

I’d give zero stars if it let me!! After years of aggravation, I’m finally done with this place!!! Constantly not calling in my prescriptions to my dr, which is the only way they allow, and going days without necessary medication because of them!!! And the ridiculous wait when you go there ?? I’ve complained to them personally to no avail!! They are just horrible here and I’m not one who likes giving bad reviews, but they are just that…bad!!!!

They drive me crazy there! Ya wait in long long lines to find out your script hasn't been filled yet, and then you have to wait another half hour. Very under staffed but always friendly. Also, frequently out of your medication., and if you try calling the pharmacy, nobody will ever ever answer the phone.

The only reason Im giving this rite aid 2 stars, is because of the staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful. That being said the pharmacy is the worst I've ever gone through. The staff os rude. They lose scripts, tell you they havent received it, when I watched my doctor send it over. They take forever to fill any kind of script. My daughter had an ear infection a few months ago, they took days to fill her script, when I got there on the 3rd day, it still wasn't ready. Now my daughter has an ear infection again. Ive been calling the store for over a hour, no answer. This is seriously the worst pharmacy. I always end up waiting at least 20 minutes for something that should have been done days ago. Its the worst pharmacy. Im going to start driving into hamburg. Thanks for wasting my time. Again!

I am making this out of spite. We called them ahead of time and we asked them if they had the breastmilk alcohol test strips. They said yes. We drove all the way there. We looked all around the store. There were no alcohol test strips. Is it that hard?

I attempted to go in for a walk-in flu shot since they advertise the service... I was asked if I would make an appointment instead, which I did for a few days later. I went in for my appointment and was told it would be a wait... 45 minutes go by and I asked if they could still take my appointment. They asked if I could reschedule for another day. I said no... I work full-time and have a newborn baby. I don't have the time to come back three times to get a basic flu shot. This is just one of many issues I've had here. I'm switching pharmacies.

Rite-aid in Eden is horrible. The people are friendly but the pharmacy is under staffed. Your prescription is never ready and even if you call to verify it's ready -it isn't. You can sign up for automated texts that will tell you your prescription is ready but the pharmacy for some reason doesn't have any record of it. Horrible system.

Quality of service in pharmacy has gone way downhill in last couple of years. They never pick up any phone line anymore unless you push option of MD office calling. No apologies, no excuses. Just "we don't answer if we're busy". So, don't count on finding out if your new prescription is ready yet. You'll have to drive there & wait, or be given wrong one like me, & waste a trip at $5/gallon for gas.
