I left a note with UPS customer service and the Eden post office called me multiple times trying to reach me to answer my question. I felt that was above and beyond, thankfully I finally answered and they were able to give me even more information than I expected. They also left me voicemails, which I also appreciated because I kept forgetting to call them back and they remained so patient and it seemed like they genuinely wanted to help me. (So thank you Ray!)

Usually USPS offices are crowded with long lines and rude staff. Not this location! It definitely has that small town charm that makes going to the post office an enjoyable almost nostalgic experience. The staff is always pleasant, smiling, and helpful.
