When I called the store to let them know Adam hung up on me
So I took the pizza back and Adam has worse customer service in person

I love Crosby's the pizza 🍕 is always amazing when we order it. The staff is excellent always nice and courteous.

This is normally a great, clean, good staff…but, the last visit the staff was dropping f bombs behind the counter in front of customers, it was basically rapid fire coming out of their mouths. I hope they make some changes soon.

Gas is on par with other places in area. The breakfast pizza was good this morning. Crosbys has been a go to place to stop when I’m traveling for work. They are pretty consistent. I didn’t use the bathroom here so I couldn’t tell ya how it is but the store was pretty good

Went to the gas pump at 10:35pm. Started pumping and then all the pumps turned off and the store closed. Supposed to be open 5am- 11pm. In the morning I need to be on the road before 5am.

I went in, ordered a pizza, left, came back, and the manager said they sold it to another person and that I’d have to wait for them to make me another one. Who does that??? ?

Just ordered 10 wings at $14. Girl drops one on the floor and says can you live with 9. At 1.40 per wing I thought will no but I'm not going to wait 15 minutes for one new wing. Got home and they were burnt to a crisp. Aweful.

Store never has anything restocked on items and had enough of hearing go to Batavia if you are looking for a item with rude workers

Was charged for one of their pizza deals a price I didn’t want. The associate lacked communication before ordering.. I questioned the cashier also who was the second person I dealt with. I gave up and emailed corporate and no reply.
