Apparently they don’t add additives to their diesel when it’s going to be subzero temperatures. Now I’m gelled up waiting for roadside.

Road tripping with family and the lady who works here mean mugged me. I don't know if it's my skin color, but she seemed fine with everyone else. I'd hate to work here. Glad I'm moving out of state.

Absolutely disgusting!! Does this look like buffalo chicken pizza! The crust is as flat as can be, no cheese and it’s burned!

The manager, Henry is great! Super helpful, friendly, kind. My husband and I frequently stop in for a quick coffee and he always makes conversation and greets us with a smile. Great customer service from the other staff as well!

Stop in this morning, they couldn’t make a bk sandwich for me , cause they were out . Then ask for a receipt, it took them forever to give me one, cause they have to print it off from their computer. Guess I just go down the road to Byrne to start getting my stuff there

Went in ordered 2 pizzas and they said 25 mins and we went back in about 20 mins later and they had given are pizzas two someone else and ruined are family night never getting pizza or any food there again

The staff is generally nice except the red haired manager named Meghan. She is rude and visually irritated whenever we come in for lunch, fuel, etc. She lectured us last year on policies assuming my group was collectively d*** as a post. After asking for a receipt last week I have been so frustrated with her service and professionalism I feel compelled to tell the world. She is an arrogant embarrassment to the FasTrack brand and I will go to the next town rather than stop at her store ever again. Living near Auburn the store is conveniently located for my daily commute, sadly. It says alot about FasTrack allowing someone like this to represent their management team.

The older lady with curly red ish hair is a c**t to customers. needless to say I’ll never go back to that fast trac again. last week she was rude to an older gentleman in front of me giving him attitude because he was partiality deaf and asked her to speak louder, today she was rude to me for ordering a breakfast pizza on the phone and nothing changed when I went to pick it up earlier she was rude as hell giving me the pizza. Worst gas station I’ve EVER been to.

Gotta say there are a lot of people that need jobs and would be happy to have a job ! The guy that works on the weekend at this store in Elbridge by is so rude/nasty! He hates his job he hate people ! Mean and aweful!
