“Transmission broke down in Milford. We made it to there shop. John also helped give us a ride to hotel near by. They had truck on lift next morning. Called by lunch time with details. Had transmission done by that evening. They knew we was a long ways from home. They went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get back on the road. Great prices. Very nice employees. Recommend 5 stars.”

“My car was involved in a fender bender over the Thanksgiving holiday. I've heard wonderful things about Bill Whalen and his mechanics in the past so I brought my 20 year old car in for repairs. I'm an older woman living on a limited income and I could not have gotten better service at a better price anywhere else but here. I was treated as a priority, not just a fender bender by his mechanics who kept me in the loop about everything they were doing. The price for the job Bill charged me was "compassionate" and not just about making a dollar. If I could give his business and the people who work here 10 stars, I would. Good people, lots of integrity.”
