I had a very negative experience at this Ace Hardware in Ellenville. The manager, Brian, was extremely unprofessional and came across as rude not only to me as a customer, but also to his employees. The overall service was poor, and it left a very bad impression. If you value good service and professionalism, I would not recommend coming to this location.

No employee help at all went in one employee pushing the other on a cart that's fine asked the man for masterseal in the bucket he sent me to go get myself I said ok then a man come in the store asked him something and he walked with the man to get it it wasn't even heavy as mine he watch me struggle with it to come to the cashiers I just put it in a cart that I see the employee are no help date was 10/18/2024 around 3

Good customer service. Staff always helpful. Very convenient to have a hardware store in a village that can't support a Burger King or a Pizza Hut or any affordable place to eat.

I don't like going to ace unless I have to. I always feel I bother the employees on the floor they are not helpful . The cashiers up front are always helpful and very nice. Thatsbtye best part of the store
