Patty from Columbia Self Storage is one of the most kindest business women. Patty is easy to talk to and to work with. I personally need reminders of payment and Patty gives me those in a timely manner ( going above her job duty). Columbia Self Storage are lucky to have Patty as an employee.

Ms. Patty was very friendly and explained everything to me. After choosing the unit I thought we would need and went to see it I realized it was to small and asked if I could change it to a larger unit and she was so good about it.
