Excellent customer service. Rosalie is amazing, personable and kind. She made the account set-up easy and enjoyable and was excellent about following up and answering any question I had.Brian who came out for the safety check was super thorough and nice. Just good vibes overall from both. Highly recommend them if you can request specific people from Paraco.

Absolutely astronomical after hours service charge. The Indian call center that fielded the call wasn't clear on what was Paraco's equipment vs. ours; technician (whom was very nice) came out and tightened a loose fitting for $437. Called the company nothing but corporate talk. NEVER call Paraco for service calls. Always call your local HVAC company. Here's our $437 take away: Take a soapy solution in a spray bottle and spray where the smell is emitting from, then turn off the gas and see if the bubbles dissipate. If so, you found your leak leave the gas off and wait in the morning to call your local HVAC guy.

I called 4 times after the snow storm on 2/27 to ascertain as to when my delivery would arrive as I was down to 29%. I was given excuses such as routes being shorten to 5 hours, shortage of drivers, snow storm, etc. I have never had an issue with automatic delivery once I'm in the 30% threshold but this has been an absolute nightmare. I called Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday until I was down to 23%. I was assured that I would receive a text for when my anticipated delivery would be even though I couldn't get a straight answer from customer service as they do not work in the delivery department. I finally received a text on Friday advising me that my delivery would be on Saturday, which at this point I was down to 19%. Totally unacceptable. Also, the driver keeps leaving the door tag in places that it can potentially be lost or cause litter, i.e. front door handle, car door handle. Please let them know to utilize the envelope for the invoice so they can hang it on the door knob. Lastly, I'm still waiting to speak with a manager about these issues as I requested the 4 days that I called.P.S. I would give 5 stars as I've never had a problem up until know and blaming it on snow that was melted by the time I received my delivery is inexcusable.

NEVER USE PARACO GAS! I've waited for them to return my phone calls for over a month. They literally left me out in the cold. I started a new account and on the first refill they disconnected (unplumbed) the tanks from my house and locked them because I wasn't home. They never called me once while disconnecting and only notified me via emailed invoice memo notes that they'd cut off my heat & hot water source while I was headed to visit family out of state. I've called them back weekly and no one can give me a straight answer - I always hear that it's someone else's problem and someone else's department and they'll call me back the next day. Here we are a month later. I should have taken the warning my neighbor gave me when I moved in and used a different company to start with.Just called again. Cassie was unavailable and I got the same run-around. They'll call me back and I am promised fixed and adjustments to my account, but they never reflect. No one knows a history on my account and the service, sales, and customer service departments don't speak to each other. I've spoken to Debbie Scitorino, Carrie Burns, Cassandra, Adonis, and others... no one can resolve this for me and I'm regularly promised that I will get a call back and then the next person I'm transferred to has no idea and claims no responsibility.They’ve informed me of additional fees just to collect the tanks from the previous owner. This company is skilled at extortion and poor at customer service. Try Freedom Propane or any other company.
