“I finally stopped a few weeks ago! I just love it. Told my boyfriend if he ever wanted to get me a gift I'll take anything from this store. Well, he ended up listening I got a gift card for Valentine's day. This store is so beautiful and has all the things I love in it!”

“Awesome experience! The owner is very knowledgeable an easy to talk to, and very fair when purchasing coins. I definitely recommend this place over any other coin shop I've visited!”

“Nice little multi-vendor antique/vintage market. We were all Ming for the Ancini diner on this same plaza (great breakfasts) and stumbled across this antique shop. Glad we did! Got some vintage tools at a good price. Real mix of vintage, collectibles, garage sale items and antiques. Mix of furniture and smalls. Never know what you'll find!”

“This place has a lot to look at. I didn't find anything for me and my son, but would recommend to others. Just cuz I didn't find something, doesn't mean you won't.”

“Comments about my post show lack of knowledge of an absolute auction. Basically, an absolute auction is either by consignment or actual sale of items to the owner of the actual business, not the auctioneer, who usually is an employee or even a partial owner I like auctions because it should be competitive and offering items useful for a specific purpose. Legally an auction business is a second-hand dealer selling items based upon the highest bidder. It may be a fun event, and even a place to meet individuals of similar interest. Best to actually know what you are bidding on, and during the auction listen closely to the representations made by the auctioneer.”

“I’ve recently developed a love of vintage jewelry and have been expanding my collection while discovering new places. I happened upon this store when looking up antique stores in my area. I’m SO happy I stopped in. Stephen was so personable and helpful. I found a ring that I adored and while well priced but was more than I wanted to spend at the time - I left and was back in 1.5 hours to get “‘my ring.” I have already gotten many compliments. It’s so unique and everything I could have hoped for! Worth the money for a truly one of a kind piece. Will be back!”

“Plenty of great items, a little more new stuff than I like to see in an antique store (like video games, and action figures), but I almost always find something I can't live without.”

“We went to look for a trunk for my daughter to put under her loft bed in her dorm at the University at Buffalo and they helped us find an antique toolbox that was perfect, and the price was great. They are a cash only business but have an ATM there so I used it and paid and they agreed to hold it until next month when we come back to actually move my daughter in to the dorm. We're very happy about our purchase and will probably buy some lamps when we go to pick up the item. She will likely put this trunk in her home after college and pass it down. I recommend checking this place out. They have very unique and beautiful treasures.”

“This place BLEW MY MIND. It honestly felt like I had stepped back in time!

I was amazed by the selection and offerings of Funky Town Vintage. They seem to specialize in mid-century modern and 70's furniture. They also had A TON of old jukeboxes, stereos, tv's and speakers.

Perhaps the most interesting find was a shag/fur 70's headboard with mirrors above the pillows and a built-in stereo system with 8-track (sadly I did not take a picture).

They also had a really cool man-cave/basement section with 70's barware and electronics.

The prices will make your eyes bulge, but if you are an avid collector/interior-designer/movie-prop coordinator, you MUST check this place out!

Free Parking on-site. They also offer u-haul rentals for those who need it (pretty clever in the off chance you decide to buy something large unexpectedly).

A note for accessibility: This place is mobility friendly, the entrance is ground level, and there is a ramp to take you to the back warehouse.”

“Great adventure! Make sure you wear good walking shoes and be prepared for a long day of bargains. A wagon and possibly a scooter for those with walking difficulties is a good idea. Otherwise take your time and enjoy the day!”

“There is a wide range of items offered for example, homemade custom furniture, comic books and collectibles, knives and swords, and antiques. There were even bikes. Most places were in rented garages although there were some people in the middle. They have a whole hall dedicated to antiques.”
