Had a rear bumper and quarter panel on a Challenger replaced. The attention to detail and gaps/spacing on the new parts were better than from the factory. The paint was an exact match. The only downside is it took a bit longer than expected. Partially due to insurance so I won't knock them on it so much. Great job especially if you pay attention to fine detail.

I take my car here every year for my undercoating and love it!
Just had a car repair done here recently too and they did such a wonderful job (and it was quickly done!)

I had a deer accident over a year ago. I have returned 3 different times because it hasn't been fixed correctly. There is still damage to the car, they even admitted it but insinuated it was my fault. Very frustrating that they can't fix properly. My insurance company paid them many thousands of dollars. Wouldn't recommend them for quality of service.

Just got my truck back, and it looks brand new again after a run in with a deer. Carmasters was easy to work with and the staff was super friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd time using them, and I've been beyond pleased with both experiences. Highly recommend, will not ever have collision work done elsewhere.

When I had an accident, I called a few other shops to get an estimate. Two shops that I called were booked or didn't answer the phone. Not helpful. I didn't want to wait weeks and weeks to get the repair completed.Carmasters is nearby so I called them and got service from a first class shop.I asked Carmasters to do what they could NOT to total my car. They worked with my insurance and returned the car to me in 3 weeks just as good as new.It's not often anyone gets in an accident, I can say Carmasters when above and beyond what I expected.

I'm very particular on collision work and will say the work quality here is average. We had to leave our car for rework after finding some poorly slapped together stuff. Even after the rework the car wasn't perfect but how hard can you push someone to do a good job? I'll be going elsewhere next time.

I go here every year to get my car undercoated. I had to get my muffler replaced and the muffler place said that it was the best car they had seen for the age it was and how good the underbody was taken care of.
