Couldn't be any more pleased with the whole experience at Delacy Ford!!! From start to finish I was made comfortable and shown every courtesy by my salesman, Ken Blaszak. He was exceptional! My interactions with several other employees were also very positive.
And I absolutely love my new Bronco. And at no time did I feel pressured by anyone to make the purchase. But very happy I did! Highly recommend the dealership and especially Ken!!! Keep up the great work!! 👍

Charlie provided the ultimate customer service. Extremely organized, efficient and knowledgeable. Great personality too! He certainly made our trade-in and new acquisition seamless. Gary from finance was same level of quality. Dave Smith himself made sure a deal was made and we appreciate his involvement. Could not be happier with the experience as a whole and would 100% recommend them. Used them in the past too and will continue to do so with another vehicle in the next year because they have just been fantastic. Hard to find good customer service these days and all of them exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

I brought my vehicle in because it was dripping a little power steering fluid. I was treated very poorly by the service department right from the beginning when I walked in they acted like they were doing me a favor by asking me what I needed or what I wanted, I asked what it would cost to look at my vehicle Because it was only a few drops of oil I was quoted a price when I called back. It was way too much to fix and they said it wasn’t covered by warranty so I said I would Pick the vehicle up well I guess they figured they couldn’t make no money on this so they charged me three times what they were saying they were gonna charge me. I am a senior citizen and I want all other senior citizens to be aware. Do not go to this service department because they will fully take advantage of you. They took my vehicle apart. It wouldn’t even start when I went to start it. I expressed my displeasure with the General manager no response so again if you’re a senior citizen, do not go to this facility you will be sorry.

I have always had a good experience with their service location and representatives. I scheduled an 8:30 AM oil change unexpectedly having an appointment at 11 AM. I dropped my car off the night before asking that they have it ready by 10 AM. It was ready at 10 AM on the dot. My service rep called me and asked if I would like to apply my Ford points. I appreciate the promptness and that my service was covered by my Ford points. I also liked that I could see in a text message where they were in the process of my vehicle getting done so I could arrange transportation to pick up my car after.
