“Federal meats is on the pricey end, but this location always has the items I am looking for. First time I was here, I needed duck breast and they were the only place to actually carry it. (I wasn't about to butcher a whole duck up lol) The duck breast was excellent. This time I went in to get some lamb chops ($20 a lb) I wish the chops were bigger, but they were portioned out and ready to go for marinating and grilling. I couldn't help myself and got a cup of their Mac and cheese in their case. (was cheesy and creamy, just how I like it!) Grilled up the chops last night , good flavor but kind of fatty. The customer service is nice and prompt and they have a great selection of anything you may want (meat wise) plus the store is very clean which is a huge plus for me. I'll be back to get some more stuff to put on my grill once the temps rise.”

“Went there once to try the kiełbasa and kabanos. Tasted good, but it was nothing like the authentic kind. It was closer to salami than anything. Looks like a clean place though, and with very nice staff.”

In spite of common belief, not everything is more expensive. Weekly specials make it easy to keep on budget. The quality is first rate. Do yourself a favor and try Federal!”

“I shop here every week. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the quality is superb. We are empty nesters so it is nice to be able to buy in smaller quantities. They will freezer wrap, too. Price per lb is a bit higher than the grocery store, but quality is better and I can buy just what I need without waste.”

“My friends kept telling me how delicious their hams and peppercorn bacon. So I gave them a try. The bacon was only 11.98 for a pound and a half. I love bacon was really good and a good price. The ham was 7.99 a pound which was high with al the specials at this time of the year.”

“Fcfs, for truck drivers, the entry from the union street to old union street says 5 tonnes, ignore it,if you come from the other side, it says 5 tonnes and length restrictions of 25 feet, so eff it, just go inside and deliver.”

“Very impressed with the store and layout. Came here after 3 other shops looking for fresh pizza dough. They have everything I needed for pizza night. The quality was fresh and bigger dough than I had ever seen. Pretty good for the price. Self check out was quick and easy. They had cute reusable tote bags with the shop's logo (had cute designs) which I had to get-- was my souvenir. Everyone was friendly.”
