“I recently ordered flowers online for a 19th-year anniversary, and the service was fantastic and followed all my requests. Then they followed up with a handwritten card to thank me for the order….”
“Such a fun, educational interactive garden centre and apiary. I also adore the cat, Luna. The prices are bit expensive. They do have a lot in terms of gardening books, all sorts of raw, local honey, plants, garden tools, and more. The honey set up in the shop is just so cute”
“They are having an amazing deal on perennials right now! Still had a great selection! Brought home 6 beautiful plants for around 10 dollars each! Beautiful plants and great prices!”
“Bring cash. Very healthy plants, nice variety, supporting local growers. Greenhouse is open all year, including fall decor and winter wreaths. Indoor plants all year and lots of hanging options and succulents. I'll be back!”
“I love to get their plug form flowers and build my own hanging baskets. I will have about 75 baskets in my gardens and the beautiful variety at Mike Webers makes it possible.”
“The mum's are great price to sell much cheaper than home depot or lowe's the buds are just starting to open should be good for 6 weeks and their very friendly”
“Very friendly customer service
Huge selection of quality flowers and vegetables
Like the local family owned atmosphere
Will definitely visit again!”
“My daughter and I were in to buy some baskets on the 13th of May. Not only do they have some of the most beautiful baskets but very courteous people working there willing to help. But I noticed on my receipt that they had neglected to charge me for one of the baskets so I called them and I was told very graciously thank you for calling in, enjoy the basket and did not charge me. I would definitely suggest visiting this greenhouse for your summer time flowers and vegetables. My daughter and I will definitely be back, Thank you for a happy Mother's Day basket!
Teri Thomas!”
“Professional, kind, hard working, and incredibly responsive! Great job cleaning our property of a tree and brush after it had been cut down. We would use them again without hesitation!Services: Lawn care”
“Fantastic and speedy service! Dumped the topsoil perfectly into the truck bed! Topsoil is great quality too! Was able to get three yards (three separate trips) in one hour! We are building a berm with bushes in our backyard to hide the new development. This worked out great!”
“Good selection of tools to rent. Brought up that the snake I was provided was slipping because the belt was so loose. They worked with me to figure it out. Will definitely be back”
“I want to formally recognize Thomas in the Plumbing department for his exceptional customer service. I visited this Home Depot location twice over the span of two days, and Thomas proved to be an invaluable asset to your team. On both occasions, I was searching for specific materials to complete repair projects. Thomas took the time to understand my needs and successfully sourced the correct items. Prior to my visits, I consulted several specialized plumbing supply stores in Buffalo, but their staff could not assist me because they lacked creative problem-solving skills. Thomas, however, routinely thinks outside the box to deliver results. His expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction deserve high praise.”
“Typical Home Depot.. Even though you can get so many of your home repairs, remodeling supplies, as well as gardening supplies here. I find that Home Depot is more geared to contractors, and their competitor is geared more towards homeowners. Maybe it's just me, but I think you get a different feel. But I get so much from Home Depot that I am a frequent customer. I take full advantage of their interest free promotions.”
“Clean store, well trained staff that are attentive and informative. Every part of the store was well organized. Also they display the items with the labels facing you. It makes shopping there easy and enjoyable.”
“Placed an order in February for some bulbs that I ended up not picking up. Assumed it would be cancelled and forgot about it. Got an email today saying thanks for picking it up, which I never did especially if I'm sitting at home. Manager was nice and refunded me but employees should verify stuff is picked up especially if they no longer have the item where it should be and actually cancel an order correctly.”
