Neil and the rest over at Scruggs are first class all the way. They jump right on the problem, will not only tell you what’s in need of fixing but will send pics and explanations.
Although not the least expensive auto shop but they are the best.

I had a great experience at Scruggs. They helped me diagnose an Evap leak after trying to fix it myself. Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Did not try to sell me anything unnecessary. I will be coming back to Scruggs for my future auto care needs.

Really appreciate the team at Scruggs Automotive. Was debating on whether to keep vehicle or not. Patrick was extremely thorough and explained everything and answered all my questions. Very professional, and polite. Did a great job of clear communication. Very helpful walking through what was neccesary compared to recommended for repairs. Price was a little on the high side but good service and professionalism merited that. You get what you pay for. Overall wpuld very much recommend 👌

Scruggs always has very friendly and attentive staff. This time was only an inspection but they have performed many services to my 2004 F150 and always perform a multipoint service suggestions as part of their service. They honor all services covered under warranty in a timely manner and fair rates on services performed. A great local asset to have nearby. Thanks Scruggs for the great service over the years.

First time customer, I needed new brakes and rotors, my usual shop couldn’t get me in soon enough so I went to Scruggs, thought the price was reasonable and the guy who I dealt with at the front was very friendly and honored my mailer coupon!

I called yesterday to book an appointment for my vehicle's inspection. The young lady on the phone was very pleasant and got me in the next morning. When I arrived I was greeted by another (possibly the same) young lady who was very courteous. I left my vehicle there for the inspection and later received a txt msg letting me know that vehicle was done. Included in the txt was a link that supplied pictures! I was impressed. This is great to actually see what issues my car had. I've never seen this before. Im very happy and impressed with all Scruggs from my initial phone call to walking out the door. They were very professional, honest, and accommodating. We will definitely recommend them and be seeing them in the future. Thanks Scruggs !
