I had a great experience buying from SMC Auto. This was the first car that I purchased by myself and Steve was so helpful, honest, and made things super easy. He took care of everything at the DMV and had the car ready to go when I got there. I would definitely recommend them and would purchase from them again in the future.

Mike was a humongous assistant when I arrived unannounced, after closing time.He went above and beyond answering my questions.Prime reasons Americans should purchase from small local businesses.Thanks Mike, it was a pleasure working with you on my possible automotive purchase.Especially during this 'beer virus' pandemic...I will go over the info you provided, and I look forward to meeting up with you again in the very near future discuss the direction I'd like to go.NOTE: It was really appreciated that I didn't feel pressured about a purchase. The kind of people you can trust with your money. I bought a rust free Town Car from them. I got a great deal and I couldn't be happier. They really went the extra mile taking care of everything. I purchased my 2007 Jeep grand Cherokee from these guys in November of 2018. He gave me a great price with brand new Cooper tires on it.. it's still running fantastic! I will go here to buy another vehicle when it's time. Thank you guys!

There has been a discrepancy. Google has mistaken Octane Auto sales for SMC Ent. Auto Sales of Elma. These reviews involving "Chris" or "Octane" are incorrect about us here at SMC. I am the Owner Steven. I am currently working on getting this problem resolved.

I live in the apt in the middle and they treat ME like a terrorist putting nails on my tires, don't do brakes or even oil they just spit shine...most vehicles have over a hundred thousand miles all from the auction with a huge markup the majority are just detailed..nice to possible sales people but rude behind everybody's back I certainly wouldn't trust them and I am a assistant professional golf pro so everything I say is the truth it's not out of hatred just trying to help someone out from possibly dying in one of there death traps

Used Windstar rear axle broke 6 weeks after purchase. Alternator within 90 days. Attempt to pass inspection 1 year later showed frame rusting out. Warranty was useless. Called office only to learn Chris moved south. Personal mechanic told me that no respectable dealer would have put a car up for sale in that condition.
